If you can`t reverse trade after the first lockout can you still trade players that haven`t played after these games??

Yes you can. All completed trades become locked in at the start of the first game for the round, but all players can be traded or swapped (Cap, subs, emo, etc) up until the start of their game. You also can't reverse trades during a rolling lockout - so don't make a Friday trade to see how it effects your team balance, as you won't be able to reverse it.
