Well! Who ever would have thought we would be still sticking 'em up here come R7? Spelunkers on fire. Bandit can't wait to get 'em out on the paddock to rough up the Nuffers.

Just an FYI - I'll be looking after Bandit's team this week (in case of any late changes) and next week ... as he is away.

Had to get in early TiB... I fly over to your joint today for a week and a half.
Chris has the reins if I can't get a reliable reception on Koh Chang!
Taking a risk on Sam Reid... he may light it up but I think Gibson will go to him so played it safe with Hill.... selection committee may again be under the spotlight!

Koh Chang used to be a nice spot, back when GAJ's old man was kicking bags. Hope you enjoy Bandit. It is bloody hot, but the south-west monsoon is on the way. @ant. A snarling wombat.

EDIT: Probably worded that wrong, but I think he deserves a priority pick. It has been said that it is poor list management to invest in the future and then have injuries.. This is a serious lot of outs, forgetting the impact on Gundagai for a second, the fact that the leagues construct allows this is an issue of it's self. the wives of the Waikik Match Committee requested that this weeks selection meeting be held early in the morning so that there was some chance their men folk may be useful later in the day -after viewing the outs all we can say is 'fat chance.' Provisional Team: Defenders - Taylor, Hibberd, Armstrong, Macaffer (OOP) Midfield - McVeigh, Hannebery, I. Smith, Ziebell Ruck - Jacobs Forwards - Knights, Westhoff, Elliott, Crameri (E - Hickey) Interchange - Wright, Robinson
The committee noted that Fyfe should be back next week after suspension and that there were positive signs of recover from injury of Crouch, Staker, Maguire and Weller. Shaw and Graham are progressing through recovery nicely and T. Mitchell is starting to perform in the Sydney Magoos. The downside - problems with delistings for the upcoming draft.
The committee also noted that other teams with a reliable defender to trade for a fine forward should make contact initially with chels for an indicative, non-binding discussion.

Jake Stringer FWD WBD Think Simon's list of injured players shows that his drafting and player selection is in fact pretty solid. Most of those players, if fully fit or not suspended, would be in their best side's 22. Goodes, Sandi, Suckling, Toovey, Stringer, Hayes, Fasolo, Neale ... and maybe a couple of others. And now I'm probably going to say two stupifyingly contrasting things.I want to congratulate Simon, as well as the coaches of Marble Bar and Lovely Banks , for their continued efforts and input in the league despite the injury curses that have befallen them. Particularly Simon, whose team has been hit the worst. But, I do want to say also that I'm not in favour of anyone getting priority picks in the upcoming draft purely due to injuries. The talk of Lovely Banks getting a priority pick was in the context of them having a high pre-season draft pick - number 7 (or Jack Viney) taken away from the new coach of the franchise. I said at the time that I could not understand why this pick was taken away, and felt it was unfair, especially considering the circumstances leading to the change from Far Kew to Lovely Banks. And I said I would only support a priority pick if it was made clear that the reason behind it was because of the removal of that number 7 draft pick. Again, I'm endeavouring to not allow any biases to influence me on this one given who coaches Lovely Banks. I can confidently say that I wouldn't care who coached the franchise, my attitude would be the same given the same circumstances. So, I don't know, this post probably doesn't belong here. And y'all can feel free to throw things at me and call me an uncharitable killjoy. But its better we state straight out these things so we can discuss them. And Simon - if I can help in any way when it comes to trade time, we should discuss something mutually beneficial.

Nuffers have managed to at least fill the spots with breathing, live players with some timely ins.
Seems like Snoz might have accidently pressed a small button in the change room after training.
Def[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Lake, Dixon, Mohr, Lester
Mid[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Kennedy, Black, Simpson, Cross
    R[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Hampson
For[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Dawes, Milne, A Goodes, Maxwell (oop)
    IC[span class='Apple-tab-span' style='white-space: pre;] Broadbent, O'Meara
,,,---... As usual spoke too soon as I'm hearing reports of Dixon maybe out. Therefore will take him out of Def and put in Maxwell instead. Leaves me with an 0 in forwards.
