Round 9 (AFL 9) 24/5 - 26/5
Geek Pride round
Round 9 is the first of the returning themes of 2012 - Geek Pride round. Geek Pride day is on may 25th and we figure it is quite geeky to play in a fantasy football competition such as this ... There are actually quite a few significant days on the 25th and 26ht May that the geek's had to fight off... and they did.
With Chris88 unavailable to do a writeup this week, and nobody else putting their hand up to fill in, I have managed to put together a brief recap of round 8.

International World's Whore Day
International World Whore Day is on June 2nd, and in the words of one of the esteemed members of the Match Committee: 'Am all for International World's Whore Day - albeit not compulsory to consort.' Most of us are wage slaves in this world and it is important to support our fellow workers, the sex workers, on a day such as this. Maybe, because of the occasion, the lads from Marble Bar may be lucky enough to stay at 'The Hen House' as the Cockatoos did last season.
