    6. DRAFT

    (a)
The Pre-Season Draft will commence whenever someone says it will commence. (In 9 minutes)
    (b) 12
hour time limit on picks, not active between midnight and 6am Eastern. If you don't pick within time you will be given the highest ranked player on the previous year's averages.
    (c) Teams must continue to draft until their lists are at 26 players.
    (d) Teams must stop drafting when their lists are at 26 players.
    (e) You cannot draft Martin or Hogan yet. No baggsies. (THIS RULE IS NO LONGER RELEVANT)
    (f) Mid Season Draft will happen in the last Bye Week (R13). Draft will run in reverse ladder order as of the end of R10.
    (g) Mid Season Draft is not compulsory to participate in.
    (h) There is no salary cap. SC dollars do not exist in this universe.

Draft Order below - Draft sheet and team lists can be viewed within that sheet
Please wtach the htread with email alerts turned on.
Recidivist slow drafters will be judged.

Also just while we're here I'm pretty sure we changed the time-limit to 12 hours, but added in a window for that. ie if a pick is taken at 3am then the 12 hours didn't start until the window opened at 8am or something similar. Can't remember the exact times though sorry.

The shot clock isn't active between 12am and 6am (ORFFL standard time). If a pick is made within those times the 12 hour countdown starts at 6am.

@Johnson gets Callan Ward at 6.04am tomorrow morning if not picked by then, and @Lucas will be on the clock.

Day one of a draft with a top 4 pick and can't check in for 10 hours without notice?

Wow you should have tried that earlier Len, that was awesome.

Less than a minute going by timestamps. Quick work.

I actually didn't check the numbers just grabbed them to use, but turns out last years average is in the current average column on a stats download, and the year before is showing in the last years column.
Don't know if it's normally that way but will fix

Trent McKenzie. At one point in time one of the most valued players in the ORFFL.
