This poll is about delisting of players, and how we go about it. This is the most complex, in terms of setting up a poll, so please forgive me if I don't get this one right, and please make any comments you feel need to be made. The poll options about mandatory delisting are related more to an increase in list size, although they still work if we don't. Basically the options are: Delist one less player than the number of players added to each list. So if we add 3 players to the list, you must delist two each year. Delist exactly the number of players added to the list size. So if we add three players to the list, you must also delist three players each year. Delist one more player than the number of players added to each list. So if we add 3 players, then you must delist four players each year. If you want to see more delisting that just this, please select the "other" option, and comment (or PM me if you'd like to keep it anonymous, and I can add the option.
I have changed my vote now that squad sizes look like staying the same........and agree with Yad. A minimum of 3 mandatory delistings.
I voted other. I don't want a list increase but would be happy with mandatory delisting. It would need to be actual delisting not just turnover as I don't see how that would achieve anything. We could possibly start small with 2 each year and review it in another year or 2.

Hey JPK, perhaps the poll question should be changed to be more high level first up, ie should we require coaches to make a minimum number of list changes each year (yes/no). Then if 'yes' is the democratic majority list options for coaches to vote. I'm thinking that way everyone gets a say in what happens rather than those that vote 'no' in that example not getting a say regarding which option we should go with. Probably could do the same with the list sizes poll.

Its looking like the majority would actually like to see some form of mandatory delistment, so I'm going to open a new poll asking exactly that, and then if that gets up, we can discuss the options.
