Once again we go around the grounds to take a look at whats what on the training tracks this week.
As always, if youve heard anything that Ive missed, drop us a comment and let us know!
Go the draft coming up next week- starting to get fricking stoked for 2012!

Adelaide
16/9
David Mackay has put on 5kg of muscle in the hopes that it will assist with his horrid injury run, Brodie Smith has put on 3kg.
Patrick Dangerfield looks likely to suck us in again, running personal best times already, while Matty Jaensch and Sammy Jacobs are also "training the house down".
Jason Porplyzia is back, Lock him in already. Sounds like Sanderson is very happy with what Porps has been doing so far, and the Fantasy Freako mentioned that hell be priced off his 2011 season, not discounted from 2010- which means a rookie priced 26 year old gun is availiable! Sure, he *could* write off his season in round 1 again, but the reward on this risk is huge. Forward keeper at rookie price huge.
Brisbane
16/9
Five lions arrived in arizona on Monday to undertake a 2 week high-altiture program and leadership course. They include: Jonathan Brown, Simon Black, Jed Adcock, Daniel Merrett and Tom Rockliff. From the sounds of Twitter, it looks like they are doing it pretty tough.
Carlton
16/11
I got absolutely nothing on the Blues this week- cant find a thing. Would love to hear word if youve heard any!
Collingwood
16/11
Once again, they shared the ground with Melbourne, though Ball, Jolly, Taz, jolly, didak, Maxwell, Heater, Swan, Krakouer, J Thomas, Keefe, N Brown, Dawes, Wood, Reed and Farmer didnt take part.
Macnamara is improving- his footwork was noted, particularly on his off-foot.
Witts is huge, but still has a ways to go from the sounds of things.
Essendon
16/11
Not getting much love from the Bombers so far this year, theyre looking to add another ruckman to the list this draft, which seems on considering they just moved on Josh Jenkins a few weeks ago...
Fremantle
16/9
Still not too much to report down at Fremantle, however the good news is that Sandilands will be 100% ready to go when the seniors get back to it on the 21st. Will make our ruck options more interesting with big 211 at full strength.
Brad Dick has been given permission to train with the Dockers, opening the door for SNF to use the line "The Dockers have given Dick an immediate focus" - which I guess is a little different to the usual cross town rivalry of focusing on Cox...
Geelong
16/11
The cats have kicked off their pre-season up in Fall Creek. Not too much news has come out so far, but when its the first session back, no news really is good news (ie- no-one rocking up out of shape is a good thing!)
Gold Coast
16/11
For starters, Nathan Krakouer has been given a 2nd week of personal leave, the club is hoping he makes it back for the first training season on the 21st.
According to Campbell brown, Piers Flanagan is "killing it" in Arizona - planked for 30 minutes - Id be lucky to hold that position for 2 minutes for goodness sakes!
<img src="http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/images/core_strength_prone_bridge.gif">
Looks like Toy has come back earlier than the rest- however, if did head over there earlier that the rest, so perhaps its nothing.
GWS
9/11
No report
Hawthorn
16/11
Still not too much to report from Hawthorn, just Roughy and his efforts to make it back for round 1. Still on track for it and should start running in 2 weeks time. Would love to see him make it back in time (even though he did single-handedly kill my Dreamteam season last year!!).
Melbourne
16/11
First of all, the rehab group consisted of McKenzie, Clarke, Petterd, Grimes, Evans, Jurrah, Jetta and Davey.
Trengove is looking very fit, smashing the repeat 200s sprints.Bail, Tom McDonald, Nicholson and Jones were also very good.
At the other end of the spectrum, Gysberts was looking very unfit, barely keeping up with the rucks.
Tapscott, Blease and Sylvia headed inside halfway through the session. Jamar also pulled up stumps a little early, possibly carrying a niggle.
Gawn has some heavy strapping on his right knee. Didnt do much work.
Bate once again was spotted doing a lot of work with the midfielders.
<div style="float:right; font-size:8pt; width:200px; padding:10px;"><img src="http://www.kangaroos.com.au/Portals/0/4(75).jpg" style="width:200px;">Thats how you want your rookie priced players to be built!
North Melbourne
16/11
North got back into town on Sunday, and hit the track on Wednesday, those Bastanic and Swallow stayed back in Utah to complete their tour.
In fact, the only player out side of the above two to miss the session was Cam Richardson, whos on a modified program after hip surgery.
That said though, Daniel Wells is currently on blood thinners after having blood clots removed from his lungs- which means hell be avoiding contact drills for the next 5 months
Will Sierakowskis running was fantastic, the "standout runner" of the group- could see him getting some gametime early if he keeps this up.
Holy crap, Daw is a bloody solid unit isnt he, if he learns the trade, hes gunna be scary.
Port Adelaide
16/9
Boak, Trengove and Carlile organised an 8 day training camp for themselves and Butcher, Broadbent, Lobbe, Redden and Stewart - Sadly though, Carlise was unable to make it due to a virus.
That said though, it sounds like it was a fair success with everyone involved being fairly well flogged leading into the official Port training getaway to New Zealand in December.
Richmond
16/9
Two words so far. Dustin Martin. As he is paraphrased in saying - he will smash taggers. Hes in excellent shape so far this pre-season and is being well hyped this pre-season.
Outside of that though, Im not hearing too much from tigerland - apparently theres no open sessions will they get back from Pheonix.
St. Kilda
16/9
Not hearing too much from the weeks Saint Training session. They do have an open session next week though, so that should provide so nice tidbits.
That said though, there is a nasty rumour doing the rounds that NDS has broken his hand. Jo enquired as to how one breaks their hand so early in the piece, then aluded to last years photography efforts... ah, shes good value that Jo.
Sydney
16/11
4-7 year players kicked off today with a 3k time trial. Matt Spangher took out the win, beating Jack and Bird.
Meanwhile, the 1-3 guys completed another tough skills workout - in fact, the 1-3s have been getting a lot of skill sessions.
Forgotten 1st rounder, Gary Rohan has been training well, so it will be good to see what shape his is in come round 1.
Western Bulldogs
16/9
Theres a <a href="http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=890195">interesting thread[/url] going on over at Bigfooty, in short, theres some bad form going on in the weight rooms at dog central- it will be interesting to see how that works out.
Outside of that though, it looks like McCartney is hitting them pretty hard on the training field, upping the physicality.
Cooney and Lake should be up and running before Christmas.
West Coast
16/11
West Coasts entire squad will head to the Kimberley in late November for a four-day pre-season camp to kick-start preparations for the 2012 season.
