Assuming the mummy is back this week, who would you guys have on the field? Giles has been great so far, but may struggle against thecox and nic nat combo, especially if brogan plays as well. Mummy may be a bit underdone, so im having trouble splitting the two. Team selection will play a big factor.
Yes he was very impressive. Just wondering how brogans possible inclusion will affect his scoring. At this stage ive got giles on the field, however think there may also be a case for redden
Good question, I'd still go with Giles at this stage, but if Mumford misses again, then a switch to Redden might be the better choice.
Sheedy has confirmed that Brogan will play. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/afl/more-news/dean-brogan-set-for-giants-debut/story-e6frf9jf-1226323840368
i dont have him but for those with mummy im wondering if anyone is considering flicking him and running with 4 genuine rookie rucks, sounds crazy but with mummy underdone and gilles tonning up it gets you into another preium mid asap, and doesnt theoretically cost that many points, thoughts?
Agreed with that, from the start I went with Maric, Giles, Redden & Jenkins for a combined cost of 690k, the massive savings cost me only few points in ruck but huge gains in mids with the extra premiums.

He looked really good last game (I didn't see the first, but apparently looked good there too) and I think is more reliable than Redden for a decent score. Nothing against Redden though as he has been fantastic as well. Just fitness concerns to worry about.
Am liking the talk of 4 rookie strategy however is Redden good enough for our teams to be starting each week?
