Great discussion again last week.  But the time has come to stop sitting on the fence and actually back your PODs in.
Here's the team that I have arrived at and why I've made certain changes over the past week:
<strong style='font-size: 14px;]Defenders:[/b]
OUT: Hanley, Georgiou
IN: Walker, Cutler
I went cold on Hanley after suspecting that it might happen.  D8 could revert to Georgiou or potentially becomes Clurey.  For now, I have Cutler ahead in terms of potential SC output and (slightly) better job security.  Georgiou probably doesn't play after Garland returns.  Clurey (if named for R1) could be in trouble when Trengove returns.
<strong style='font-size: 14px;]Midfielders:[/b]
OUT: Ablett, Crouch
IN: Watson, Lemmens
Ablett still has a band-aid.  He may come back in, but for now I'm running Ablett-free.  M8 is similar to D8, in that it could easily revert to M.Crouch or possibly Robertson depending on final teams.  I think Grigg is ahead of M.Crouch to play R1.  Lemmens on the other hand, I like for R1 and beyond.
<strong style='font-size: 14px;]Rucks:[/b]
OUT: Minson
IN: Lobbe
Need the cash elsewhere.  Not 100% convinced that Lobbe is a keeper yet, but I can't see him losing value on his start price and there is a decent enough chance that he goes up significantly due to having a full pre-season (for the first time) and not having any real internal competition for SC pie at Port Adelaide.
Forwards:
OUT: Parker, Mitchell, Rohan
IN: Martin, Wingard, McDonough
Upgraded to more likely keepers.  Would be lucky if both Parker and Mitchell started in my SC team and rose from mid-price to elite in the same year.  Sure it might happen, but history says I'm not THAT lucky when it comes to picking SC players.  McDonough in a half-back role should score better than Rohan, especially if he keeps up his pre-season form.

With $70k in hand, I'm comfortable that I have enough cash to make adjustments in the second week of R1 without needing to radically alter the team structure.
And with a 9-10-11 bye structure, I'm very happy with the starting lineup from that perspective.
So jump into the comments below, tell me where I have it wrong, why your team will win the overall, etc.
[span style='font-size: 14px; color: #444444;]For those who haven't previously seen the ground rules on how RMT works, please note the following which apply to comments in this thread:
<p style='color: #444444; background-color: #fcfcfc; margin-bottom: 10px;]1.  In order to get feedback on your own team, you must first provide feedback on the teams that have been recently posted.  This is the golden rule and is what makes this whole thing work.
<p style='color: #444444; background-color: #fcfcfc; margin-bottom: 10px;]2.  If you just post your team without giving any feedback, your post will be deleted.
<p style='color: #444444; background-color: #fcfcfc; margin-bottom: 10px;]3.  Please refrain from commenting on teams that have been posted by others that have not followed the golden rule.
<p style='color: #444444; background-color: #fcfcfc; margin-bottom: 10px;]4.  Keep it civil.  Constructive criticism is fine.  But there is a line and please don't cross it.
