A few good options this week. GAJ on the open space at Pattersons Pav to destroy gold coast Murphy/Judd both usually go well vs the Tigers Stevie J to run riot in the bombers fwrd backline a few riskies would be Jroo vsing carlton with no jamison he kicked 6 last time. and J brown against port. Personally id say between GAJ MURPHY N PAV
Bernie...How's the Reserve Bank going (or is it AussieSuper nowadays)? PermaCaptain is back I reckon frazer. Go GAJ. For those without him (shame on you) but Swanny looked getting back to his best Saturday. Butchered the ball a fair bit and still grabbed 133, will only get better.
Pavlich (C) V Gold Coast Suns Broughton (VC) V Gold Coast Suns There are a few good options available so I might end up changing my mind come Friday Night Lock-Out. Some other options; C, Judd V Richmond Tigers M, Boyd V Melbourne Demons (?) Stevie, J V Essendon Bombers N, Riewoldt V North Melboure Kangaroos B, Goddard V North Melbourne Kangaroos S, Thompson V Sydney Swans (At Home, AAMI) D, Swan V Hawthorn Hawks (?) There are a few this week that may score fairly well, and there aren't many large amount of Premiums out this week I don't think with West Coast's bye, only missing Cox out of my Best 22 this week so hopefully a big one, but some may have Cox, Priddis, Hurn, LeCras. I think I'll lock in Pav for the Big C.
@Corks All banking aside, Bernie Fraser was my coach back in the day when I played Rugby League (now there's a confession for ya).
Yep. He's a Junee product and was a fair player in his younger days and successful coach. Very different on the footy field to the Treasurer persona.
This thread has the potential to go into a different direction now that we are talking about Bernie Fraser. How's this....I went out with his daughter a couple of times many years ago. Any other Bernie connections? Back on track....GAZ all the way across the Nullarbor for me.
Brendon Goddard anyone? Scored 137 & 139 last year against North Melbourne with 29 & 37 touches to go with those scores. 2008 SC Scores V North Melbourne Kangaroos Round 14: 113 from 22 Disposals. 2009 SC Scores V North Melbourne Round 11: 74 from 21 Disposals Round 21: 125 from 30 Disposals 2010 SC Scores V North Melbourne R3: 137 from 29 Disposals R20: 139 from 39 Disposals Averaging 117 ppg V North Melbourne Kangaroos in the last 5 games, take away R11 and his Average goes up to 128 ppg. I think would be a good option as a smokey, as many at this stage are going with Dane Swan, Gary Ablett or players versing GCS as their Captains. In those games he's also averaged 27 disposals in the last 5 games against the Kangas, you never know though the way St Kilda are going this season. Playing at Etihad where he has scored 112, 86, 127 & 143 there this year, that's averaging 117 this year.
Rok against adel - last 3 (167-134-124) is the one worth considering me - gazza/swan my C and VC for the rest of the yr
Definitely Pav or GAJ; leaning towards Pav, as the Dockers will have a rare two games in a row at home, and GC to Perth is a long flight for tired, young bodies.
