Bit harsh of the Chasers last night, putting the Queens rooms up for rent the week before her birthday. :D Maybe they should have asked Terry Wallace what his wish is. Heres who I think will win, lose and perform well.

    Friday June 5
Richmond v Western Bulldogs at Docklands, 7.40pm

Sentiment will be high in the Tigers camp with Terry Wallace coaching his last game. Despite that, I doubt they can beat the Bulldogs, who were super against the Swans last week. Last year Newman did the tagging job on Daniel Cross and both were below average, so maybe consider another replacement for the Chad. Deledio scored 125, but is nowhere near good enough for the captaincy. Look out for Robert Murphy, who will add another dimension to the Dogs, and the return of Alex Rance from injury.

    Saturday June 6
North Melbourne v St Kilda at Docklands, 2.10pm

History beckons as St Kilda attempts to win its 11th game in a row for the first time in the clubs history. Hamish McIntosh is the great hope for the Roos, as the Saints ruck division looks very unhealthy minus Michael Gardiner. Fantasy star Sam Gilbert is also out for the Saints. Watch out for Justin Koschitzke, who scored 167 last time in a dominant display, while Riewoldt got 146 to put his name up for captaincy once again.

Brisbane Lions v Carlton at the Gabba, 7.10pm

Chris Judd loves the Lions, scoring 120+ in his last two games against them. Despite this, I dont think Carlton has the firepower to defeat Brisbane at the Gabba, especially without Jarrad Waite.  Fevola also likes the Lions, found some form last week and should do well again, but it may be a lost cause trying to contain Brownshaw. Bradshaw is particularly dangerous, with 12 goals in his last two matches against the Blues. Look to see what role Brett Ratten has in store for Carrazzo and Scotland, who have been lanquishing in the VFL for the last few weeks.

Port Adelaide v Fremantle at AAMI Stadium, 7.10pm

Both sides are badly out of form, but Fremantles massive injury list should see the Power prevail at AAMI. Powers injury list isnt too good either, with Chad Cornes and Matt Thomas being added to the outs. The important fantasy news is that Nathan Krakouer has been dropped, and if Marlon Motlop makes his rebounding role his own he could be in for some big trouble. Pay close attention to the Fremantle debutants Clancee Pearce and Hayden Ballantyne, in particular Ballantyne who could be a ready made forward option for struggling sides. Kane Cornes dominated last time they met with 38 touches and 157 points.

    Sunday June 7

Essendon v Adelaide at Docklands, 1.10pm

I have no idea who will win this one, so if in doubt go for the home team. It will be a contrast of styles, with lock down and boundary play competing with the Bombers tactic of running straight down the middle. Jason Winderlich is a huge out for the Dons, as his pace and class are a key aspect of their play. Scott Thompson is likes the Dons and is getting a lot of ball at the moment, so consider him for captain. Go Essendon!
Hawthorn v Sydney Swans at the MCG, 2.10pm

Both of these sides are sitting at 5-5, and are hoping to launch into top 4 contention with a big win. The Hawks welcome back premiership hero Luke Hodge, who will help settle their defense. Adam Goodes likes the Hawks, while Lance Franklin had a day out last year kicking 4.7, with 3 out on the full. The ROK has enjoyed a welcome return to form, but was destroyed by Brent Guerra last year, while expect Cyril Rioli to try to take on the slow of foot Swans at every opportunity.

West Coast Eagles v Geelong at Subiaco Oval, 2.40pm

Its Geelong. The WCE have very little hope of upsetting the Cats, even without key defenders Harry Taylor and captain Tom Harley. Get on all of the Cats midfielders, as the Weagles concede a lot of points there. Stevie J was the star the last year with 6 goals and 28 touches in a 173 point clinic. Gazza is under an injury cloud, but expect him to play and dominate. Dean Cox should do OK as the only quality ruckmen, but there wont be enough of the pie to make him captain.

    Monday June 8
Melbourne v Collingwood at the MCG, 2.10pm

#1 draft pick Jack Watts is the big news story of this Queens Birthday clash. However it is doubtful whether he will be able to celebrate his debut with a win, as Collingwood is the far superior side. Get on the in form Dane Swan for the captaincy, as he should dominate against the Dees, while Leon Davis is also a good option.
