First time at supercoach, (also new to AFL) so I'm not sure how the league 'fixtures' work during finals. I was reading anthaks write up about leagues, but when it said 'if your top 4 ...', I got confused. What difference does finishing top 4 make to your finals ?. Sorry for stupid question, but can somebody explain what happens during SC finals ?. (if finish 3rd or 7th or whatever). Thanks
Its all the same as the AFL Finals series. So if you finish top 4 you cant get knocked out in first week of the finals. 1st vs 4th 2nd vs 3rd Both winners get a week off & go through to Prelim Final and losers play winners of 5th vs 8th 6th vs 7th Somneone could probably explain it better but its the exact same as the AFL system.
So in other words you want to finish top 4 so you get the double chance. Top 2 doesnt really matter in Supercoach as you cant get home ground advantage over the interent
