First time supercoacher....Picking a team is driving me nuts. Heres what I have so far..... Defenders. Goddard Gibbs Deledio Otten Duigan Heppell Batchelor Toy D.Stanley (GC) Midfielders. Swan Hodge Jack Foley Ward D.Swallow Gaff Polec Conca Rucks. Sandilands Mumford Gorringe J.Tippett Forwards. N.Riewoldt Didak Pavlich C.Rioli Higgins C.Knights Petrie Prestia S.Mckernan C.Richardson I'm not sure I have enough studs in there...I only have 22k left. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Pretty good Hunter. two things I'd suggest: Another top-quality midfielder (Judd, Selwood, Montanga, Cross) but you'd need to sacrifice elsewhere; and not sure Gorringe will play many games as ruck cover, especially at the price he's at.
Mate looks ok It's hard to review teams and not trot out the same lines "yeah it's a good team but it's not exactly how I'd have it" To be honest if this is your first year and your first team has come out like this, then I say roll with it because there's a lot of quality in what you've come up with. I'd suggest Gorringe is the big one to replace, plenty of alternate options - just look at the teams that come out in Round 1.
I agree, The team looks fairly solid for your first year. Only other thing I might add is that Hodge might take a few weeks to warm up, he's only having his first real hit out for the year in the VFL this weekend. Might pay to swap him for one of the top-quality midfielders Cork mentioned above. Nice work.

I dropped Deledio for Grimes Gorringe for Nicholson also from GC Pav for Fyfe And got Boak for Conca for the extra star midfielder. Is that an improvement?
