What sorts of issues are dealt with in the blogs?</blockquote> does anyone know of any relevant blogs dealing with the movement of sports players etc around the world (in real life though... not fantasy [although i wish it was]) and newspaper articles as well - there is also this question which is talking about newspaper articles: <blockquote>See what sort of stories or accounts of the movements of athletes or others associated with sports that you can find. </blockquote> if anyone knows of anything that could help me, that would be great and much appreciated. @ant You might Google that lady tennis player with the totally wild father banned from Wimbleton (think she was Croatian, Australian, Croatian and back again) plus any stuff you can find about AFL players becoming NFL punters. Am assuming cross country movements are more significant than inter-state. Then you can turn your attention to the transfers in The English premier league. Rugby seems to have a few who play in France in the off-season. Might be a start. Unfortunately www.traitor.com doesn't cover Assistant Coaches.

Docic is an interesting one - hadn't thought of that. I do hope to do something on aussies playing nfl, but haven't had enough time to look for something yet. Also soccer transfers came to mind for me too. I'm thinking to compare players like beckham - who plays in usa for the money, and goes elsewhere italy etc on loan in offseason - to players from places like africa, who primarily play the game to escape the poverty of their own country. I'm not necessaraly saying their attitudes are distinct from each other, but would be interesting to explore. I gotta look into it more though. You I right - I reckon moving internationally is the go, but i'm also thinking to find something about Indigenous australians moving from their remote homes to the big cities to play sport. That would fit with my major as well... But it doesn't have to If anyone knows of any particular blogs\ews articles that could help me, that would be cool.
