Good evening all, Well, some great scores in SC for all (most) to enjoy but no such luck with this week's TOTR. To score 3161 you needed: Gibbs - CAR - 128 Goddard - STK - 119 Scotland - CAR - 119 Deledio - RIC - 115 Polo - STK - 113 Scarlett - GEE - 113 Birchall - HAW - 107 Judd - CAR - 394 (C) Del Santo - STK - 158 Ball - COL - 135 Tuck - RIC - 133 Sewell - HAW - 131 Bastinac - KAN - 130 Cox - WCE - 149 Mumford - SYD - 148 Goodes - SYD - 167 Milne - STK - 139 Betts - CAR - 139 Davis - COL - 137 LeCras - WCE - 134 Franklin - HAW - 132 Schneider - STK - 121 Bench of $91,700 no-namers with $22,000 left in the bank. Apologies to Marc Murphy from Carlton. To get in under budget his 131 points ($497,800) had to make way for Bastinac from North Melbourne for his 130 points (at only $300,000). So why the relatively poor TOTR score. It has been mentioned before but a quick explanation: Each week you usually have the same number of high scores, it's just that this week they were scored by the popular players that appear in many teams (Gibbs, Goddard, Scotland, Deledio, Judd, Cox, Goodes, Franklin, etc.) Also, the defenders let the TOTR down this week... Highest score of 128 and the rest ranging from 119 to 107 is very low. Mind you, After Saturday night it looked like records were gonna be broken! Some repeat appearances: 7 - Gibbs (4th consecutive!) 6 - Scotland, Cox and Goodes 5 - Deledio and Franklin 4 - Goddard, Birchall, Judd, Del Santo and Mumford This week's interesting observations: - Richmond: they lost (again), but similar to last week, they had more players make the TOTR than their opponent! What does that mean? Richmond are being carried by a select few! - pun on midfielders names: Tuck + Ball = Bastinac My team had 6 players make the TOTR (Goddard, Deledio, Judd, Cox, Goodes and Franklin). The weekly winner of the $1000 (RingInz) had 8 make the cut. In iScent, my arch rival (HeavyMen) got pumped by a massive 2188 points! IN YOUR FACE! (mind you, he didn't submit a team but a victory is a victory none the less!) good luck with your team, take care, The Silverback
5 Made The Cut From 2434 Goddard, Gibbs, Judd, Cox & Goodes. Ian Callinan a $91,000 no namer? Make That 6 Players! Alright, These Players Scored A Total Of 760 - An Average Of 152 From The 5 Players Between Them - The Highest Score 197 And Lowest 119. Those 5 Players' Scores Contributed to 35-42% Of My Total Score As A Best Guess. Cheers Silver! Good Read Once Again, Legend Mate!
Thanks silverback! Again. My missus had 8 players from the totr this week! Contributing to a score of 2708. While my team had 6.
