Trying to fill M8, final position in the team. Had Terlich from the start but then named 3rd emergency!!!! Played for Casey this weekend and from all reports played a fantastic game and gathered 33 possessions.
3rd emergency would seem he's down the list of priority with the coaching staff. Will this weeks great performance earn him a spot in the side next week?
Stevenson is in M8 at the moment simply due to the fact he was named. I want Terlich but if he isn't named he isn't going to be gaining in value while Stevenson will be. However if there is a chance Terlich will be named round 2 then I'd probably rather keep him at M8. AARGGHHHH!!!!!
Opinions please.... Anyone know more about these guys?

I dont understand why there is no room for all of them in your team? Stevenson and Terlich should be locks, Heath should also find a spot in your backline. If I had to pick out of all of them I would say Stevenson

First of all, none of these guys are midfielders :p Your defence must be very strong not to have any of these players. You must have only one rookie on field? Terlich should play, but we would all be guessing as to how soon. If he does play, he far outranks the other 2. He may play next week, or rd 3, or rd 23. Personally, I have him and am confident he'll play soon. I honestly don't know much about the other 2, although from what I've heard Stevenson is better. But don't quote me!

Whilst not a mid, Stevenson has so far been given more of an attacking HBF role under Hinkley who's game plan is to play hard at it, attacking footy - Heath is more of a BP style player, however the one thing Hinkley and the entire coaching staff at Port are demanding from all players is versatility. You may even find that demonstrated today with Westhoff who is strongly tipped to play CHB/HBF with the absence of Carlile.

Some info from the Port website reviews of players posted this week - will add the links for all 3 reviews so everyone can have a gander!!! <strong style='color: #2e2e2e; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; line-height: 15px;]#3. Campbell Heath<br style='color: #2e2e2e; line-height: 15px;[/img] Campbell comes to us from Sydney, I guess he was a bit unfortunate in that he couldn't break into their side with that really good back six they have. He brings some fantastic knowledge of the game as well as organisation and leadership skills to our back six. He has fit in really well alongside Jackson Trengove, Bobby Carlile and Tom Jonas. I think he's going to help us in terms of compensating for our loss of experience down back having played alongside some of the most experienced players in the competition at the Swans. I also think we'll see him take the kick-ins more often than not - that's a credit to his beautiful left foot kicking skills. <strong style='color: #2e2e2e; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; line-height: 15px;]#15. Lewis Stevenson<br style='color: #2e2e2e; line-height: 15px;[/img] Over from West Coast, Lewis is another quality player like Campbell Heath who couldn't crack a very experienced back six. He's played alongside some of the best and has beautiful skills: he uses the ball really well and has good speed and endurance. We've really got him into our side for run and we'll be looking to play him in a similar way to Jasper Pittard to give us some real ‘spunk' out of our back half. Coming from a team that's been right near the top, you can see the professionalism that's in him - he's a very good footballer Links: Backs:http://www.portadelaidefc.com.au/news... Thanks for all the info and insight. My backline currently exists of Goddard, Heppell, Hartlet, Gibbs, Goodes, Pittard. (Vlaustin, Terlich)
this is how I'd like it to stay but considering Terlich to Stevenson given that Stevenson is starting and Terlich is not. Given the number of trades this year maybe I'll just sit tight and wait and see who performs and sort it out then.
