OK I am also sorry I have been flat chat getting anything out this week.

So its a very simple barebones list of names, then discuss away!

Advice for the week: Plan/ration your trades. Think of trading now as one per week rather than cash cow upgrade. I would think 9 after this round will be sufficient. Anything more than 12 and you have a team that could use improving, and any less than 7 and you are in trouble.

    FRESH MEAT
Under 200k its lean pickings.  Heath and Gysberts the best for mine.
Downgrade targets are (D) Heath, Roberton (M) Gysberts (R) Stanley (F) Hughes, Wonaeamirri, Stewart, OKeefe, Griffiths.

    CATCH THE TRAIN
Leroy Jetta and Kepler (Crapula) Bradley have had a purple patch.  If you think its going to last, jump on as they are going up.  Mind you I think they will either get injured or have a bit of poor form, so I would avoid.  But Crapula at least has the MPP thing going with Jackson Trengove.
For pure point chasing goodness, why not go Bryce Gibbs before his price rockets after the near 200 score!

    ON THE NOSE
Tomorrows bargains start from the pig slop of "On the Nose"
Main three players I see as on the nose are Ablett, Sandilands and Higgins.  For those who wanted in at some stage in the next few weeks they will be at their best price for the year.

    BEST BUYS
Defenders - Enright, Gilbee, Gilbert, Shaw, Hurn (all I think slightly under priced)
Midfielders  - Probably slightly 2nd tier but good value around 500k for Bartel, Murphy, Cooney, Boyd and Pendlebury.  Kade Simpson is OK for a roughie bushpig unique.
Rucks - Ryder and Hille best performed recently.  Cox always a good option.
Forwards - Value galore in ROK, Brown, Goodes and DARE I SAY IT THOMAS.  I havent got him this year, but by jingoes his form warrants it.

    Until next week, happy trading.
