    Wow-wee.

Melbournes Brent Moloney has replaced Adam Goodes in the top three in the race for this years league wide B&F.

So just how much do we know about this guy?  Lets delve a little deeper before you throw your hard earned on the tote - although at $26/1 he is currently well over the odds.  Or is that under...anyway...

Brent played a couple of years at Geelong before moving to the Dees at 20 years of age.  He picked up 3 votes in his first game with Melbourne, and played 21 games that year, before injury saw him play a mere 25 games in the following three seasons.

In 2009-2010, he played a combined 39 games for a return of just 9 1/2 wins - yet managed to pick up 12 brownlow votes during this period.

The start of 2011 has seen Brent have an albeit late breakout year, lifting his possession count from 24 in 09-10 to >28 this year.  Hes also starting to hit the scoreboard too, already surpassing his 2010 tally of goals in just the first month of 2011.

Swan and Watson continue on their merry way too, both with arguably best-a-fields in their respective matches - although Fletchers 70m goal + game saving tackle were enough for me :).

This weeks votes over the break:
