There was a big game in the East this (Monday) morning, with Miami beating Chicago to narrow the gap between the two at the top of the conference, but the Heat are still 1 game back from the Bulls who are top of the East. OKC have the best record in the league though, having won 16 of their 19 games thus far, to be well ahead of the 2nd placed Denver in the West. LeBron James still easily has the best average fantasy ppg in the league with a massive 63.5 per game so far, leading Kevin Love in 2nd place with 55.4 fppg, and Kobe Bryant rounds out the top 3 with 52 fppg. The only other two averaging more than 50 fppg are Durantula and CP3 with 51.1 and 50.7 respectively. Wonder why Love dropped so far in our drafts? The highest he was picked up was #7 bu Under Achievers in Div1, and on the other end he dropped to #10 in Premier Division when he was snapped up by Walesy. I know that I was cautious as he had such a full on injury late last season, but he has definitely been a standout so far. And Kobe Bryant has ended up a steal in all three drafts, being taken at 19, 19 and 20, but producing top 3 scores thus far.
We still have 5 undefeated teams through 5 games, but there are now just 2 teams that are still searching for their first W of the season. HEAVERs team <a title="Team HEAVER! (Dave Tong)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=13&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Team HEAVER!, in premier league, still has easily the highest total points for after another dominating display. He has 3 players who are in the top 11 on averages for the season so far, when some (read: I) dont even have 1 player in the top 20! The highest score for matchup 5 went to <a title="Team Ring Ticklers (joel Lamerton)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=10201&teamId=10&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Team Ring Ticklers in Div2, coached by joellamerton, with a relatively big score of 1602, when there were only 2 others that broke the 1500 barrier this week. Every team scored in quadrupal figures though, with <a title="Doobia Dominators (Andrew Doobs)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=10094&teamId=5&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Doobia Dominators, coached by Doobs in Div1, only just managing that feat with a score of 1029 for the lowest score of the round. Meanwhile, the highest scoring loser this week, was last weeks highest scorer. <a title="SmokinJoe Misiti (Jordan McCallum)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=10201&teamId=4&seasonId=2012" target="_top">SmokinJoe Misiti coached by smokinjoemisiti in Div2, with a score of 1425, that was the 7th highest score for the round. And our closest game was in Premier League between <a title="Fudges Sixers (Jim Tsilikas)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=16&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Fudges Sixers and <a title="Run TMC (Owen Beebe)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=19&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Run TMC, which saw Fudge beat Owen by just 6 points for his first win of the season.
Now, once again, head over the break for the reviews of each individual league. I will write the Premier League review, Steve the Division 1 review and smokinjoemisiti will write the review for Division 2:::::::

PREMIER LEAGUE (by anthak)
<a title="Kings of Karlos (Sean Minetti, Leigh Walles)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=10&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Kings of Karlos (karlos & Lethal) 1390 v <a title="Adelaide Maggotz (Cameron Sears)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=21&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Adelaide Maggotz (maggots) 1270
Kings of Karlos are one of only 2 undefeated teams left in Premier League and are shaping up to win the Too conference this season that they so narrowly missed last year. Top scorers in this game were Garnett (201 from 4) and Curry (157 from 3) for maggots and Durant (167 from 3) and Holiday (149 from 4) for karlos and Lethal.
<a title="Wade Machine (Daniel Laengst)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=15&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Wade Machine (dabombers) 1179 v <a title="Ruddys Cavaliers (Peter Rudd)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=20&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Ruddys Cavaliers (Ruddy) 1394
Similarly to last season Ruddy hasnt had a heap of luck regarding injuries, but this year he is managing to handle them better, moving to 3 and 2 after this win against dabombers. Both teams were 2 and 2 going into this game so it was actually a big game in that regard. And it was fairly close going into the last day, but Ruddy smashed dabombers on that day 315 to 177 with only 2 more players. Top scorers for the week were Pierce (190 from 4) and Kobe (162 from 3!) for Ruddy and Howard (182 from 5) and Chandler (177 from 4) for dabombers.
<a title="Fudges Sixers (Jim Tsilikas)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=16&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Fudges Sixers (fudge) 1425 v <a title="Run TMC (Owen Beebe)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=19&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Run TMC (Owen) 1419
As mentioned above, this was the closest game of the round across all 3 leagues, and it was also Fudges maiden win of the season. Last season, fudge lost the first 5 games before storming home to be a contender by the end, but this year he only lost the first 4. On the back of an 88 by Westbrook, Fudge scored a whopping 439 from 9 players on day 5, which built, what turned out to be, an unassailable lead. But Owen did fight back with 2 big days to finish the week, outscoring fudge 424 to 271, and he almost got there, going down by just the 6 points. Top scorers were Noah (195 from 4) and Westbrook (151 from 3) for fudge and Granger (161 from 4) and PGasol (148 from 3) for Owen.
<a title="ant hak (Anthony Hack)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=1&seasonId=2012" target="_top">ant hak (anthak) 1151 v <a title="Team HEAVER! HEAVER was way too good for me this week. Very very good all round team hes got going there, but my team was also quite insipid getting flogged by so much, even with 1 more game played. Top scorers were Rose (196 from 4) and Monroe (180 from 4) for HEAVER and Kemba Walker (156 from 4) and Conley (130 from 4) for ant hak.
<a title="Too Seriouseses (Les Wales)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=2&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Too Seriouseses (Walesy) 1176 v <a title="Robert Sarvers Handbag (Chris Riches, Steve Smith)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=7&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Robert Sarvers Handbag (chris88 & smittys07) 1489
Once again the RSH boys piled on the points for one of the highest scores of the round, but this time they had a bit of luck go their way as well, with Walesys team decimated by injuries and not being able to put up a fight. Best scorers were Love (267 from 4) and Marion (158 from 4) for Walesy and DWill (202 from 4) and Bosh (200 from 4) for chris88 and smittys07.
<a title="Jasmines Mob (Jasmine Johnson)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=5&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Jasmines Mob (Jasmine) 1210 v <a title="Westside Hardcore (Michael Walters)" href="http://games.espn.go.com/fba/clubhouse?leagueId=23530&teamId=6&seasonId=2012" target="_top">Westside Hardcore (Mick) 1101
A very low scoring game from two of last seasons power houses. Jasmine looked to have control of this one early, before Mick got himself back into the game with a couple of big days later in the week. best scorers were CP3 (143 from 3) and Boozer (142 from 4) for Jasmine and LeBron (201 from 4) and Jennings (176 from 4) for Mick.

DIVISION 1 (By Steve)
This week saw one blockbuster trade done where Crossy traded Howard and Lou Williams to Stowie in return for Griffin and Conley. It will be interesting to see how this trade pans out over the rest of the season.
Canuck Steelers (UA) 1362 v Stevo’s Nuggets (Steve) 1200
The Steelers were far too strong in this matchup and the Nuggets were up against it from day one with the huge scores pumped out by K Love and Bosh during the round. The best players for the Steelers were K Love on 267, Bosh 200 and Marion 158. The leading scorers for the Nuggets were Varejao 160, Westbrook 151 and Wallace 128. Both teams were missing key players during the round, the Steelers were missing Gordon and Hawes, while the Nuggets were missing Carmelo and Thornton.
NahlavLittleDee (Rodgo) 1601 v Team Stowie (Stowie) 1381
Congratulation to Rodgo who has posted his first win of the season since taking over the team from Sainter. To make it even better for Rodgo, his team posted the highest score for this round in Division One. Unfortunately for Stowie, he had both Bargnani and Kmart miss a number of games during this round but Rodgo had key players out during the round as well with Wade and Kidd missing a number of games. Best players for Rodgo were Noah 200, Granger 161 and Pau Gasol on 151. The best for Team Stowie were D Will 202, Iggy 163 and Griffin 124.
The Jug O Naughts (Fez) 1368 v Doobia Dominators (Doobs) 1029
The Jug O Naughts carried on with their winning ways and now have made it 5 from 5. Is anyone going to beat this team? Doobs did not have much luck this round with Rondo and Bogut going down with injuries. The best players for Fez were Lebron 201, J Smoove 159 and Boozer with 147. The leading scorers for Doobs were Durant 167, Irving 159 and Jack on 150.
CK Nicks (Costak) 1461 v The Bucks Fizz (spm67) 1293
Things were pretty even heading into the last day of the round but the Nicks were able to outscore the Bucks Fizz by 168 on the last day to get the win. The Nicks were able to get good scores from Rose 196, Kob 164 and Holiday 149. The best players for Bucks Fizz were Marc Gasol 166, Rubio 152 and Andre Miller on 145. Both teams now have a record of 3 and 2 for the season.
Get Knicked (Liquid Sixx) 1343 v Everton 149ers (Rev) 1253
Prior to this game, both teams had not won a game during this season. So this game was always going to be a close contest and it proved to be the case. Get Knicked came out on top while the 149érs are still seeking their first win. The best players for Get Knicked were Chandler 177, Gay 137 and CP3 on 143. For the 149e’rs the best players were Walker 156, Garnett 136 and Joe Johnson on 133.
Albert Park Rangers (bgt2110) 1358 v Crossy Crusaders (Crossy) 1250
This was another close fought match where both teams were in good form heading into this round. The Rangers were too good for the Crusaders and remain unbeaten thanks to outscoring Crossy by 112 on the final day. The Rangers received good contributions from Pierce 190, Monroe 180 and Curry 157. While the Crusaders were best served by Howard 179, Aldridge 152 and Lou Williams 126. Hopefully I will be able to put a stop to the Rangers winning streak when I play them next round.

DIVISION 2 (by smokinjoemisiti)
Team 726 (minis) – 1497 defeated SmokinJoe Misiti (smokinjoemisiti) – 1425
Minis remained the only undefeated side in Div 2 after a close win that came down to the final days play. Top scorer for minis was Kevin Love with a massive 267, easily the highest scoring player in this matchup. Team 726 did have a couple of injury worries with Andrea Bargnani missing 2 games and Spencer Hawes missing all the rounds action. Smokin was led by Dwight Howard’s 182 points but this wasn’t very impressive considering he played 5 games in the round. Kevin Martin and Rip Hamilton missed some games for Smokin. The last day saw Kevin Love score 70 and Jason Terry 57, helping minis get the tight win.
Hawthorn OKC Magic (Cobra_Magic) - 1138 defeated The Hinrich Manoeuvre (Don_Cottagers) - 1064
In a low scoring matchup, Cobra got 151 from Russell Westbrook who only played 3 games, whilst he had Al Jefferson, Jameer Nelson, Mehmet Okur and Stephen Jackson all missing a game during the round. Don got 201 from Lebron James whilst Eric Gordon, Marcus Thornton and Chris Kaman didn’t see any game time. This matchup came down to the final day where Carl Landry scored a minus 7 for Don which did not help at all.
Team Ringticklers (joellamerton) – 1602 defeated Maxwell’s Marvels (maxweas) – 1410
An impressive round score for Joel who would have been happy with the return of Steph Curry who scored 157 from 3 games. Joel had 9 players score over 100 points with Paul Pierce leading the way with 190. Max would have been thankful of Derrick Rose’s return as he scored 196 points. Kobe Bryant was also good for Max with 162 from just 3 games.
Six Ten Two Forty (twoeyec) 1218 defeated Dropping Bombs (brettmarinovich) 1164
Twoeyec got 202 from Deron Williams, whilst he only had 4 others score over 100. Michael Beasley missed some game time as did Andrew Bogut who is out for an extended period. Brett got 201 from Kevin Garnett whilst Kevin Durant only played 3 games and scored 167. Rajon Rondo missed the entire week which proved to be a major factor in deciding this matchup. The final day saw Michael Beasley and George Hill produce big games off the bench, helping twoeyec take the win.
Broady Broncos (nicksnow) – 1269 defeated Cyril33s Crushers (hawker) – 1202
Another close matchup with Nick getting 195 from Joakim Noah and 180 from Greg Monroe. Dwyane Wade returned for 2 games for Nick but Ty Lawson and Marshon Brooks missed some action. Hawker had just 2 players score over 100, with Josh Smith getting 159 and Chris Paul getting 143. Hawker missed Ray Allen who didn’t play all round and Jason Kidd who missed the crucial final day of the matchup.
Team Travysboys (travyboy11) – 1379 defeated Team Farken White (Jet) – 1239
Trav was led by two NBA rookies in Kemba Walker, who scored 156, and Ricky Rubio, who scored 152. Trav had his injury troubles with Dirk Nowitzki, Luol Deng and Ben Gordon missing significant time last round, and now Steve Nash and Andray Blatche are under injury clouds for this weeks coming matchup. Jet got 200 points from Chris Bosh whilst Carmelo Anthony only scored 38 points for the round after missing a couple of games.
