Always a bit of fun to nominate your worst trade of the year, or dob someone in. Ill put mine of Yarran (111) to Tapscott (50) up but time will tell which was the better option... But a mate of mine did this one on the weekend: OUT: Paul Duffield (93) IN: Chris Newman (60) Thought he'd chase last weeks points before Newman went up.. hahaha
I vow to make none of these trades this year after last year trading barry hall out and JJ Kennedy in Hall scored well over 100 points and Kennedy 20 something.
i reckon anyone that traded in pederson after week one before the teams were out would be up there...
not mine, but someone I'm up against quick to pull the trigger Out: Selwood after round 1 concussion, fearing significant price drop in coming weeks, worrying about extended form loss In: Lenny Hayes, then does his knee

Oh no we can do better lol. My best lack of trade was round 2 against a bloke had C Bolton on the dirt & J Selwood as captain with no vice . Love the % boost
OUT: Everitt (120) IN: Deledio (58) And lost $180K from my salary. Ahh sorry, not MY salary. It was a mate of mine. Really!! Agreed, Selwood>Hayes is hard to top except we all love Lenny.
Actually have another from a mate. Round 1, played Waite as a Thurs night VC in the partial lock out with no Captain selected. Waite gets knocked out with 20-odd points. Forgets to elect a captain on the Friday.
In my main team (league wins) i traded rockliff out (163) for shuey (62)....100 points down the drain
Nothing worse kitkat. I can just imagine watching a player dominate after trading them out the night before... I think that's even worse then a long term injury. At least with a long term you have no choice but to trade
Brown to J Riewoldt could be one or even Yarran to J Riewoldt. Selwood to Hayes sounds like a winner though.
Funny how all the worst trades are sideways! Just demonstrates the massive risk in performing the sin.
I reckon we can look back on some of these with a few more rounds to dig the hole a bit deeper. Last year Pods to Relton before lockout was a pretty awful start, but it was paying 15-20 point dividends for the first two weeks. Let's just look at some of these later on. They can get far worse than a one round spudderoo.

League tracker FTW! One I've seen in DT - Adcock out for Lower after round 1 - Not too bad cause it freed up some cash, but a 119 average in the last two games for Adcock has got to make it hurt.
i traded out cunrow 10 mins before first lock out...... still kicking my self !! then before round three i didnt get him in , in fear that he wld get smashed by colling wood..... he scores well so im kicking my self again ... lol dammmmm
