If you can’t make it to your draft at that time, please set up your pre draft list so that you can draft the players that you want who are available at the time of your pick.
As we are holding the drafts so close to the commencement of the season, there is no room to move in regards to holding another draft in case no one turns up to the original draft. Therefore the onus is on everyone to attend their draft at the times listed above or set up their pre draft list.

Well another week has past and things are starting to get interesting in all of the leagues. Injuries and byes are playing havoc with most teams and with the fantasy season almost half way in before playoffs start please join Karlos, Stowie and myself as we wrap up all the happenings and results for week 6.

LEAGUE 1 (Review by Stowie)
Team Wiggles (Wiggles) 90 at Adelaide Maggotz (Maggots) 101
Week 6 saw Aaron Rodgers (40fpts) throw 6 touchdowns and give Maggotz their second straight win. Wiggles had strong performances from Vick (22fpts) and WR Mike Wallace (16fpts) but was always in trouble after the Packers demolition of the Texans. Maggotz will be hoping this is a sign of things to come from Rodgers.
Massillon Tigers (Johnson) 110 at Team Stowie (stowie) 64
The Tigers monstered Stowie this week thanks to a trio of highscoreres in RB Rice (22fpts) and WRs, Welker (20fpts) and Vincent Jacks (18fpts). Stowie was led by the dropper Dez Bryant (21fpts). This was the Tigers highest score this season and theyll hope they can get on a roll now as they have the team to challenge the top sides.
Under Achievers (UnderAchievers) 57 at Vicks Dog Fighters (Fez) 105
Fez is the other team on a 2 game winning streak with WR Jordy Nelson (31fpts) benefitting from Rodgers big game and #1 Draft Pick Foster (15fpts) doing the damage. It was really a case of no one showing up for UAs with WR Hartline (0fpts) and Phillip Rivers (5fpts) not living up to their recent form.
Show Me Ya TDs (wateman) 128 at Lilydale Leather Heads (bgt) 75
The second win for TDs on the year with big scores from WR Green (26fpts), TE Gates (20fpts) and Tom Brady (20fpts) proving too much for the Leather Heads to handle. RB Shonn Greene (34fpts) had his best outing of the year and WR Cruz (11fpts) fought hard, but the rest of the team failed to hit double figures. It will be interesting to see who gets the start at QB for...

2012 was a pretty ordinary year for the Doggies – only 5 wins and 11 straight losses to finish of the season says it all.
Below you’ll find a quick summary of the good (but not great) players of 2012 and the ones to watch out for next year.

The Doggies ever reliable captain had a good year (easily the best player in a poor team) and fantasy wise was just below last season’s output of 116 points per game. Boyd played every game and finished the year strongly averaging 120 over the last five games ensuring he was pretty valuable during the SuperCoach finals. As always Boyd was solid as a rock with only one score under 80 and 16 scores over 100, with a high score of 141 against the Hawks in round 16. Plays every week and gives his all.
Ryan Griffen

Griff’s year was on par with last year, averaging 106 with a high score of 170 vs. the Swans in round 21 – not a bad effort considering he was tagged almost every week. Griffen has the potential to improve further however I can’t see it happening until he has better outside players around him that can share the tag. Griff is one of my favourite players although he is still too inconsistent for fantasy in my opinion. His numbers were almost identical to 2011 - In 2012 he scored under 80 six times and over 120 five times, compared with 2011 where he scored under 80 four times and over 120 five times....

I was planning to do a preview of each NBA team for this upcoming season but I have that many things happening at the moment I will have to give that a miss. However, I thought I would give a quick summary of some of the player movements that have occurred during the off season.

The biggest move that occurred during the off season that everyone knows about was the trade of Howard to the Lakers. The Lakers had to give up Bynum to get the deal done. The other big move for the Lakers was picking up Nash from the Suns. Nash finally gets the chance to play for a team with a legitimate chance of winning the championship.
As part of the Howard trade, Bynum has now landed in Philly. The 76’ers get the big man they have been looking for and I fully expect Bynum to have a huge season. Unfortunately for Philly as part of the Howard trade, they lost Iggy who is now with the Nuggets. Iggy was huge in the playoffs last year but he will fit in well with the fast paced offence at Denver.
Linsanity is officially dead in New York City. Lin is now with the Rockets and it will be interesting to see how he backs up after his break out season last year. However the fast food owners of New York City are rejoicing with the news that Raymond Felton is back in town. Fast food sales will go through the roof now that Felton is back playing for the Knicks. Carmelo will also be happy that all the limelight is back on him instead of playing second fiddle to Linsanity.
The big 3 at Boston have been broken up with the news that Ray Allen has switched to the dark side and joined up with Lebron, DWade and Bosh at the Heat. KG is not happy about it and has not spoken to Ray Allen since he left. Boston have been able to improve their roster with the additions of “Jet” Terry and Courtney Lee. Plus Jeff Green is back after not playing at all last season.

LEAGUE 2 (REVIEW BY KARLOS)

The undefeated Kings of Karlos crossed the border for a clash with the MONTSTARS who had 3 Dallas starters out with the Bye. Things started well for the MONTSTARS with Smith stepping in at the QB and having a huge game for 28. Marshall had 20 in Chicago’s big win and the Raven’s D, Rice and the kicker Vinatieri all contributed 11+. A competitive scored was already on the board but donuts from Tate (3 weeks in a row), the stand in TE Watson and a -2 from Williams meant it wouldn’t be enough. KOK was once again led by the Bears D with a massive 28, Mathews returned to form with 19, Brady with 18, Morris 13 and Green 12 which ably covered 1 point each from Johnson and the Lawfirm. KOK would have too much in this game and win 105-86 to stay undefeated.

Loads of controversy this week with boots stamping and elbows flailing. Luckily for some, the FA were all on holiday so no bans were handed out. Golden boy [span style="text-decoration: line-through">Chris Judd RVP somehow escaped punishment for the second time in two weeks. While Huth’s stamp went unpunished as it was on Suarez. Newcastle v Man Utd 0-3
DDG was brought back into the starting XI while Valencia was fit enough to take his place on the bench, replacing Kagawa on 55mins.
Evans unsurprisingly scored Utd’s first – unsurprisingly because I left him on my bench. Evra and Cleverley completed Utd’s scoring.
Welbeck, RVP and Rooney all started with Rooney dropping deep. He still managed to come up with a couple of assists, RVP with the other.
Injury-plagued Newcastle were poor and had few chances although Ba came close hitting the post with a header and Cisses follow up adjudged not to have crossed the line.
Spurs v Villa 2-0
Caulker continues to impress in the absence of Kaboul, Naughton and BAE. He scored the opener before Lennon finished the game. Lloris brought an end to Friedels run of 310 consecutive league games while Sigurdsson appears to have lost his place to Dempsey. Bale again looked dangerous without quite seeing the returns.
Paul Lambert left Bent, N’Zogbia and Bannan on the bench as Villa continue to struggle.
Liverpool v Stoke 0-0
It was another frustrating home match for Liverpool as they came up against a resolute Stoke side.
Suso started as did Wisdom who’s replacing the injured Kelly. Assaidi only managed 10mins while the confidence-shorn Borini spent the match on the bench.
Suarez and Sterling remain Liverpool’s top performers, while Johnson continues to push forward from defence. Downing was left out altogether. Adam had Stoke’s best chance in a dour display. Huth may find himself with a retrospective ban for stamping on Suarez....

TRADE WRAP
Pretty big news with Queenstown offloading one of the best fantasy players in the game in Dane Swan to Jimcubilly for a couple of youngsters in Howe and Howlett. That loud snap you just heard is the sound of Queenstown shutting their premiership window and bunkering down with some youngsters. BB could pull a Johnson, and rise up the ladder on the back of talented youth, or could just as easily find his team mired at the bottom like Glenrowan and the PBR.

I dont know if it was discussed or not, my memories a little hazy post-GF, but in regards to the timing of the pre-2013 season the general feeling was:
- Trade period re-opens once VS/CD release player positions (somewhere between the middle of Dec-late Jan)
- Delistments to 20, followed by a week break so that people can review the changes.
- 2013 Draft to commence sometime around the NAB Cup starts/is on. 6 or so rounds. Probably take two weeks, tops.
Thats the general vibe, if youd like it to be be otherwise, speak up now.

TRADE WRAP
Pretty big news with Queenstown offloading one of the best fantasy players in the game in Dane Swan to Jimcubilly for a couple of youngsters in Howe and Howlett. That loud snap you just heard is the sound of Queenstown shutting their premiership window and bunkering down with some youngsters. BB could pull a Johnson, and rise up the ladder on the back of talented youth, or could just as easily find his team mired at the bottom like Glenrowan and the PBR.

Well we are already a month into the NFL season and things are starting to take shape with a few surprises, lots of down to the wire matchups and we all welcomed back the real refs this week. Join Stowie, Karlos and myself as we review the games for week 4 of the TS NFL Fantasy leagues.

THE KEEPER LEAGUE (Review by bgt2110)
The Jug-O-Naughts (104) def Welcome Back Mr Wallace (83)
Like a left jab and a right hook it was the dynamic Brady (31) / Ryan (24) QB combination that this week sent Mr Wallace to the canvass. It was lights out as soon as they combined for more than half of the Jugs score, with Peterson (12) and Austin (11) rounding it out for a convincing 21 point win which improved the Jugs record to an impressive 3 and 1. When i saw Mr Wallace had lost faith in CJ2K and started Battle in place of him i thought to myself “is he mad”...turns out Battle (19) was equal highest scorer with Marshall (19). CJ2k (15) showed signs of life but sitting on the bench was not able to help Mr Wallace, perhaps a spot can be found on the starting roster next week ?
Team Stowie (101) def Team Simonoz (77)
Team Stowie were always going to bounce back this week and they did it in style after Newton(30) managed one of the highest individual scores of the round. The Panthers let slip a certain win but not Team Stowie, who with McGahee(19) and Gronk (14) were able to slam the lid shut on an up and down Simonoz outfit. Vick(17) was best for Simonoz, well supported by Bryant(12) and Lloyd(11) but they could only manage 77 points when last week just their bench combined for 81. If the Raiders didn’t have the bye this week then i’m sure Simonoz would be sticking a fire cracker up McFadden(3) who was disappointing. Team Stowie have an important match up next week against Mr Wallace and with Freeman having the bye it is time for Kolb to shine on the big stage.
