For those who take it way too seriously

Ok, I've got the first, most important step for the upload done.

SC and AFLF are in the house.

Currently a recalc is running on them, and it hasn't finished yet so I'll check it in the morning cause it's all late and stuff.

But salaries should be in, team movements and positional changes should all be good to go.

Nobody try to auto-upload their SC Team though. That thing has no chance of working!

Finally, Brandon Ellis is a Defender this year. Get in there son!!
hey folks,
Anyone interested in setting up a cash league this season?

I'm thinking $50 entry. 18 entrants = $900 prize pool

Prizes could be split up as follows:

35% best overall score/rank - $315
30% premiership winner - $270
15% grand final loser - $135
10% (next) best overall rank, excluding above 3 prize winners - $90
6% minor premier - $54
4% 9th place - $36

Im open to suggestions for an alternative prize structure, I just whipped this up quite quickly.
AFL Fantasy also.

No Dreamteam yet though, but I'll get the site prepped to rollover to 2018 this weekend and hopefully they'll be ready to go also.

And here I was thinking that I'd be productive today!!
The Herald Sun have begun releasing changes to Supercoach positions with the first installment coming out today. Will update this as new info becomes available.
the draft is a go, Rayner is #1, Brayshaw #2 and no doubt several of these players will be featured in the first 2 rounds

In here for AFL off-season discussion folks.

Tell us who's training the house down, etc.
All 4 drafts were held at the same time on Sunday night.

In total, there were 180 players selected in any of the 4 drafts. 135 of them were picked up in all 4 drafts, meaning a whopping 45 of the 180 drafted players went undrafted in at least 1 league.

Giannis was close to being an undisputed #1 pick.

Full results are within...
All of the drafts will be held on Sunday 15th of October at 9.30pm (AEST).

If you are not available for the draft, you can set up a pre draft order in the ESPN website whereby the system will select the next available player in the draft when it is your turn.

There will be 60 seconds between picks.

For new players, it is recommended that you try a mock draft before the draft day so that you understand how the systems works.

If you have any questions, post a comment and we will reply to it.

Onto the all important draft order.

Gold Coast Suns' captain Gary Ablett has requested a trade back to his old club, the Geelong Cats, before the start of the 2018 Premiership. Unless you've been living under a rock this year, it's no secret that the star has been pushing for this move for some time, and the powerful midfielder has even talked about retirement if a deal does not eventuate between the two clubs.

While still has one year left on his contract with the Suns, the 33-year-old told his club he has no plans to continue beyond the end of the current term. The player's manager, Liam Pickering, confirmed this later, going on to say that while they were hopeful a deal could be struck with the Cats, it certainly won't be a walk in the park.

Gold Coast have mentioned that they would want Geelong to pay Ablett's wage as compensation as well as receiving a player to make up for his absence. Pickering said that the Suns had not proposed any particular players that they would be interested in as part of an exchange as of yet.

The Suns struggled last season and only narrowly avoided taking out the competition's wooden spoon, finishing just four points above the Brisbane Lions. If they were to lose their most high-profile player, the latest AFL odds would have them as one of the favourites to finish bottom next year, and it could have a devastating effect on the club's chances of signing new players.

Next year would be the player's 18th AFL season, but he is still in sensational form and recently won the Club Champion of the Year award at the Suns' presentation evening.

Ablett's desire to move on won't have come as a surprise to the club, after he previously requested a transfer in last year's AFL exchange period as well as saying back in April that...
