Welcome once again to the Best Buys, after a horror week where our Best Buy had his worst score since 2011. Fingers crossed our man this week can do a little better.
And that man, is Todd Goldstein. The Big ruckman has dominated early on this season, scoring over 150 in half of his game to date. Obviously it's still pretty early on in the year, but that's still pretty impressive nonetheless. Averaging a massive 29 points-per-game more than his closest ruck rival Goldy looks set for a huge year, but is still only in around 30% of the teams in the competition. As reliable as a ruckman can be, I'm just hoping the Best Buy isn't turning into a curse.
DEFENSE
ROOKIES
Jake Kelly (ADE) DEF 123.9k 56 +41k
Kelly has started his AFL career in decent form, going onto the bubble this week with an average of 56. With a price rise of around 40 grand on the cards after his next game he looks a decent pick down back, and may well get a call-up for a few of the teams still holding Goodes this week.
Harris Andrews (BRI) DEF 117.3k 47 +31k
Andrews is not far behind Kelly, averaging 47 and looking at a price rise of around 30 grand when he breaks his bubble. With the Lions yet to win a game in 2015 their best 22 will likely still be unsettled, but Andrews looks well placed to keep getting game time.
Brendon Whitecross (HAW) DEF 198.7k 51 +15k
Whitecrossisn'ta rookie, as most reading this will be well aware, but he is currently under 200 grand and should be a strong chance to keep getting games. As long as he stays uninjured anyway. Averaging 51 and looking at a small price rise of around 15 grand this week he'll probably only be considered by those looking for bench cover without worrying too much about cash generation.

Tom McDonald (97) continues on his merry way in what is definitely shaping as a breakout year, whilst RiskyTelly (104) winds back the clock to prop up the guts. The Battlers didn't have it all their own way with the Misfits churning out some cameos in a valiant effort to offset three donuts. Ward (140) and Smith (128) grabbed their share of the votes, while Ryder (107) took Big Boy to the cleaners.

Well, we got ourselves back above the 2000 point mark in round 4, with a total of 2,047 points, thanks to Cripps and no thanks to Heeney. This had us ranked at 25,309 for the week.
Looking at the season stats, and we have 8,106 points in 2015, and a total rank of 38,104 after 4 rounds.
We're clearly not back in business yet, as the cliché goes, but atleast we're headed in the right direction. I'd like to say we're taking it one week at a time, but that would be BS, as we're trying to plan ahead with trades for the current week, and trades for the future, as should be all SuperCoaches. Maybe we're so good that we're out-smarting ourselves???

Meanwhile we gave Oxley a chance on the field this week, and he did manage to better than halve his score from last week! Everyone knows that defenders are a rollercoaster ride of highs and lows, but this is just crazy! We also traded in Smith, to have him (and the rest of his team really) decide not to turn up for round 4. So, with our second-highest scoring defender sitting on the bench, and Brown also pulling half a finger out this week, we missed 46 points down back for round 4.

For starters we have our round 3 score - 1,808 points (there'd be a big metal-on-metal smashing noise right about now!).
Then we look at the round 3 ranking, of 132,743. We must have been one of the worst ranked teams who are actually taking it seriously. I'd imagine the roaring sound of a destructive landslide right about now.
The next two I'll combine - the total score year-to-date is 6,059 and our overall rank is a ridiculous 51,885. I'm sure most of you could come up with your own disastrous sound effects here - I'm imagining a 10-minute long earthquake in a glass and fine china factory.

Welcome to another edition of the Best Buys, a somewhat delayed edition, after a weekend of carnage for most SC coaches. With injuries already to the likes of Ablett, Deledio and Rockliff the season has started out roughly, only to be made worse by players like Bartel getting injured and new favourite The Bont not lining up along with a whole host of rookies being struck down to test our teams' depth. Hopefully this week will see some relief for many of us, but realistically I wouldn't count on it. Unfortunately there really aren't many good rookie options around that aren't injured, so the majority of rookies here are the same as those listed for last few weeks.
Enough of the gloom and doom though, on to the first Best Buy of the season, Rory Sloane.
A dominant player in a dominant team Sloane, and the Crows, have stepped up their game so far this year and are both sitting atop their respective leaderboards. While Rory comes with a hefty price-tag if he can keep things going the way they have been then he'll be more than worth it on the SC front. After a break-out season last year, many are now wondering,is it possible to break-out twice? Only time will tell, but so far it's a big yes.

Adam Saad (GCS) D/M 188.1k 85 68.3%
Saad has been a great cash-cow so far, and looks likely to continue on with his current form. A consistent scorer and set to increase in price by around 140 grand in the next 3 weeks if he hits his average, there's still money to be made for those late to the table.
Kamdyn McIntosh (RIC) DEF 202.7k 84 59.4%
McIntosh has slowed slightly after his game one heroics, but still looks to be a great option down back. Now over 200 grand in price he will likely not get too many more selections, but with another 116 grand to be made over the coming 3 weeks he certainly isn't the worst rookie option.
