Lots of new records this week - for high scores and low scores.
Now all records were set either this week or last week. Last week there were still records coming from 4 different rounds, with oldest being @Auron highest scoring loser from round 3.

@Jamie_____ from Con 2 has contacted Steve and I to let us know he wants to drop out of the league.
I got in touch with @Trav00 who was upset to have missed out on a spot pre-season, and he is happy to take over the team now. Ive sent the invite and it should be sorted soon

Sorry to see you go Jamie, but thanks for letting us know! And welcome back Trav :)

Good on Jamie for doing this instead of just bailing and leaving an inactive team. Just like in real basketball games, sub yourself off if you can't put in the effort for whatever reason.

I have just checked back, and there would be only 1 record from round 1 that would still be standing, so maybe I should include it back in?

      Round 1:
      Lowest scoring winner: Div 2, Conf 1: @Belmont383 - . Belmont383 1020

I thought some of the other records would be hard to beat because it was a day less, but even the smallest aggregate was beaten in round 6. Folk going MIA skews it

Where's Nahla v Little Dee in Premier, been a few weeks since he has set his team ?

Yep thats @rodgo , we were discussing it last week too. Every season there's usually 1 or 2 or 3 that do it at some stage. fair enough that life gets in the way sometimes, or whatever the reason is. What RadECool said about Jaimie tho, was good that he told us so that we could get a replacement.

Really no excuse not to set a team because you can do it weeks in advance, which is what i assume a lot of people do. You might not make any waiver wire pick ups but can at least set the line up you have so that they are on the court for weeks at a time.
Does the league manager have the power to move players onto the court for a known absent owner or would this be too much interference?

Just had a read of the previous week's review where this was discussed. Sorry to revisit old ground, I should read all the reviews
Happy to go along with what was decided then.

we went over all of this last week
read through the comments if you want.
I agree with you that everyone should be at least setting their rosters up in advance.
We ended up deciding that the LM should not manually change peoples rosters

Sorry for the delay getting the round 8 review done. Steve is away on holiday and asked me in advance if i could do it this week. I said I would. I'm on holiday too but thought I'd have time, however it hasn't eventuated that way. I'll hopefully get it done tomorrow.
