The Round 2 fixture with 2017 W/L and 2016 H&A ladder positions is:-

Jan Juc Ducks (0-1, 6th) vs Useless Loop Virgins (1-0, 7th) - these teams clashed twice last season. The Virgins 206 point Elimination Final win is the club record victory margin for the Virgins and also the club record losing margin for the Ducks. Bizarrely the previous clash in Round 2, 2016 saw a 143 point win by the Ducks, which was the Virgins largest loss for the season.

For the other 7 matches the teams played in Round 2, the Round 2 results and thread for 2016 are at

    http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/orfff-2016-round-2.89381/

Neptune Island Noahs (1-0, 2nd) vs Walpole Woylies (1-0, 16th) - the wooden spooners look to notch consecutive wins for the first time as they take on the premiers, who are riding high on a 6 match winning streak.

Dingo Beach Butchers (1-0, 13th) vs Heard Island Shags (1-0, 15th) - the Shags are another side looking to win consecutive games for the first time in their history.

Drouin Dropbears (0-1, 1st) vs Black Swamp 29ers (1-0, 3rd) - the teams played out a tense match in 2016 and it would not surprise if this encounter is another closely fought clash.

Wedge Island White Pointers (0-1, 10th) vs Cockburn Avengers (1-0, 5th)
    - the 2016 matchup at Cockburn was an epic match, ranking as 6th highest aggregate matchup in ORFFF history and the Avengers 1378 points ranking as the 3rd highest ever losing score.

Mole Creek Glow-Worms (0-1, 8th) vs Mt Thirsty Boozers (1-0, 14th) - the Boozers will start at Black Caviar-esque odds to extend their club record 3 game winning streak while also extending their opponents club record 2 game losing streak.

Maralinga Atoms (0-1, 11th) vs Macquarie Island Whales (0-1, 4th) - barring a draw one of the 2 coaches will notch their first ever ORFFF victory.

Port Lincoln Power (0-1, 12th) vs Rutherglen Fugitives (0-1, 9th) - based on Round 1 scores the final matchup appears to be one of the closest of the week.

Current ORFFF Ladder and team entry/Matchday reporting etc is at http://tooserious.net/forum/tsLeagues.php?leagueId=14

Be aware of the rolling lockout due to the Thursday night match between the Tigers and The Pies.

    Nice writeup TTH!

Hopefully JJK can relax a little and give us a chance, although looks like the Ducks will be without Vince (suspended) and Hanley (personal reasons)

P.S. your Round 2 link to last year actually links to Round 9, but it's easy enough to correct

    Def - Ben Reid
    Mid - Dusty Martin

If any of Coniglio, Crouch, Hibberd, Lonergan, Dunkley or Bennell could perhaps step up, it might make team selections a bit more fun!!!
