I think our matchup should read 1-2, 10th vs 2-1, 4th but all g. (edit - now fixed)

The Galahs really can't be stuffed with writing the whole list but are bringing in Annalyse Lister over Stevie Lee Thompson off the back of some good performances in ressies. The Galahs now brace themselves for Thompson to take her demotion to heart and kick a bag (will she benefit from Phillips' return to the Crows?) while Lister flounders, as is tradition.

Another unchanged side, I'm already running my best players and any changes I would make would only be moving from field and IC which has no real difference.

A reminder that post round 4 the FW will be holding the annual midseason draft. All ORFFW teams will make at least one selection as the ORFFW list size increases from 21 to 22.

ORFFW listed players officially ruled out for the entire 2020 season (such as Guerin, Cain, Von Bertouch and any others) can either be delisted or added to the inactive players list (not counted as a delist).

Fit but underperforming or AWOL players can also be delisted – but the maximum delists per side is 2.

Pending stats, results and the ladder being calculated on Sunday night 1st March the deadline for 2020 midseason enlistments and nomination of players for the inactive players list is 3pm Monday 2nd March.

We will then publish the final draft order in theMSD thread and aim to start the draft around 7pm on Monday 2nd March. This may be pushed back but be prepared and ready to go.

We will aim to complete the MSD by the afternoon of Thursday 5th March.

More details will be provided in the 2020 MSD thread

At the halfway, the Sirens have played 250/6 (average 42) while the Galahs have 305/6 (average 51)*. However the Sirens may have a big second half coming with Alyce Parker and Anne Hatchard yet to take the field.

    * May change as I totalled them about 3 minutes after the last match because my life is very exciting

The Valkeries @That KI Guy have surged to the lead with 420/8 to the home side's 418/10, and look well placed to get their season back on track at 2-2.

Unofficial results sees the Krushers 786 (Harrington 96, Davey & Lambert 94) defeating The Battlers @Nic Neg 744 (Bowers 98, Cranston 75 & Wakefield 68). Close, high scoring game! And I hope my calculator is right...

    Also unofficially I have the Galahs 552 (Bonnici 99, Blackburn 66 & Tully 57) going down to the Sirens 582 (Hatchard 112, Egan 74 & Birch 69).

A few emergency swaps would have made the difference for the Galahs but the total across the squad was still the lowest to date.

@walesy, I have picked up a minor bug in the Round 4 stats. The Mystix have 4 defender scores counting as the Emergency score activated due to Millie Brown scoring a negative 3, the correct score less Antonio should be 627. We can run the draft without any issues but can this be fixed sometime late in the week or while calcing the Round 5 scores ?

The Devils @dmandrews and Krushers @FreoDockers maintained their perfect records and moved 2 games clear of the pack with their Round 4 wins over Sandgate and Bateman's Bay respectively. The Devils mammoth 842 point haul has set a benchmark for every team in the comp to strive for.

Vivonne Bay @That KI Guy, Morwell @HOLKY and Scone @Tracey each won their 2nd game of the season to join the logjam of teams in 3rd to 9th positions on 2-2 records.

The weeks final match saw the Nymphs @anthak post a mammoth 750 points in opening their 2020 account with a victory over the winless Belles, who now consult their midseason draft rankings to bolster their list with the best undrafted player in the upcoming midseason draft.

In the FW MVP race Bateman's Bay's Kiara Bowers polled her 4th 5 vote effort of 2020 to draw level on 19 votes with previous sole leader Ebony Marinoff who polled 4 votes this week in the Nymphs loss to Bathurst. In third is the Devils Jasmine Garner on 17 votes following her 4 vote effort.
