Well, well, well, 3 holes in the ground and 3 rounds down. The ladder is looking interesting, especially from 3rd down to 7th there’s plenty to play for. Match-up of the week is the 2 new coaches going head-to-head (I’m bias, why not). Eastern Park Demons vs Junee Jets @Chloe The Jets have scored slightly more points that the Demons so far, however they have a win to their name. The Demons have improved each week, see if they can snag the 4 points this week. Katanning Krushers @FreoDockers vs Pomona Wood Nymphs @anthak Both teams notched up their 3 wins, the Nymphs appear to have the edge especially with a home ground advantage. Wongan Hills Wallabies @Schmitty vs Manildra Mystix @TheTassieHawk The Wallabies being the unlucky team sitting on plenty of points but not being able to convert them to wins. They will be wanting their midfield to continue to dominate and the Mystix will throw everything at them with their solid defence line. Glenbrook Galahs @ver_redit_optatum vs Vivonne Bay Valkeries @That KI Guy The Galahs smell blood as they look to get their first win over a faltering Valkeries who stumbled off the interchange bench last week. Scone Sirens @Tracey vs Lake St Clair Devils @dmandrews On paper the league leaders should pocket the points, however we don’t play on paper and the Sirens will be tested but the home turf advantage maybe the winning factor. Timboon Trailblazers @Peter W vs Bathurst Belles @Len The Trailblazers will be hoping to contain the Belles forward line to at least put on a show for the home crowd, however it’s always a hard task to stop a star shining.

Half time before Super Sunday kicks off sees the Nymphs 6/533 (ave 88.8) leading the Krushers 5/370 (ave 74) The Nymphs look like posting some sort of crazy score and can thank Ebony Marinoff who racked up a ridiculous 174!!
Early in the last quarter Manildra 11/831 leads Wongan Hills 10/652 @Schmitty, with the home side featuring Keaney, Rowbottom and Bohanna in the final match of the round while the visitors finish with Pritchard and Drennan.
Round 4 winners in the 2023 ORFFW were LSC by 13, Vivonne Bay by 25, Bathurst by 95, Manildra by 97, Pomona by 165 and Eastern Park by 171 - LSC high scoring with a mammoth 1038 and Junee low scoring with 715. The top 3 teams have broken clear at 4-0 with Katanning and Vivonne Bay both a game behind at 3-1, but the next 2-3 weeks will see a lot of 8 point games played as the finals race begins in earnest.
How about Scone @Tracey scoring 1000+ and losing! Third highest total points on the season with just 1 win. Incredible! Need to work on the defensive side of the game lol
