Yeah, can't see why not! We'll need to get some discussion on a cookie-cutter squad first. Might be tricky this year, cause the rookies don't feel very stand-out-ish to me this year!
I have always thought that the easiest way this the concept should be able to be done is by picking one person picking a team in 10-15 minutes on the Monday before Round 1 from the Herald Sun's annual " if you are picking a team pick 3 of these (premiums) - 1 of these (mid pricer) - and 4 of these (rookies)" article. As long as whichever Carlton and Richmond players are decided on the Monday the 20th (and then locked in provided they are named in the Wednesday 22nd selections) the rest of the team can be finalised by midday on Friday the 24th, ie after the opening match but before Sunday squads are finalised. Then whoever wants to play can just start with the same team (whether it's good or bad doesn't matter) with minimal fuss and away everyone goes.
Last year worked really well by selecting almost all of the favourites based on overall selections. Suggest we go there again.
What if someone compiles a list for top 15 by position (top 10 rucks) as per SC Gold around mid-day on Friday 17th then a few try to piece a team together for feedback over the weekend of the 18th/19th, leaving $50k-$100k for the annual rookie shuffle on Friday 24th morning ?

I wrote this in the other thread but I’ll go again here... we had a good start all around and it would’ve been interesting to see how our league performed if we were all in the one league. As it stands, TS TG 1 is the best ranked TS league at 123rd but it’s filled with a bunch of randoms, as well as several of our decent scores!
