AFLW Fixture ORRFW Fixture (We clearly need a marketing guy to do the logos) Not much to talk about yet, round 1 has often been wild for us, with a good mix of bolters and shockers, and long may it continue! Please enter your team via this link http://tooserious.net/forum/tsLeagues.php?leagueId=21 and post it here to help get discussion flowing.
Teams should be able to be loaded once @walesy has the AFLW match fixture loaded, hopefully by Wednesday evening. Use the time before then to work out your best 13 plus 5 subs so the lineup is ready to go! EDIT teams can now be loaded, thanks Chief !!

Midway through the 3rd quarter the visiting Mystix 8/546 lead the Wood Nymphs @anthak 6/322 - by 224 points. The home side have a 4 to 1 advantage in the early Sunday game and will look to build a lead and set up a tight finish with Frederick, Beeson and Surman looking to lead their side to victory and thwart the efforts of Manildra's final quartet of Plane, Prespakis, O'Dea and Drennan.
Quick result from the Krushers vs Sirens match Krushers 651 (Miller 91, Lambert 87, Brennan 77) def Sirens 621 (Hatchard 120, Parker 98, Bennetts 57) And the Krushers will need to find replacements for Bri Davey and Issy Huntingon, hopefully the injuries aren't as bad as first feared....
Unofficial scores have the Mystix posting 722 and running out winners by 97 points over the Wood Nymohs on 625. As you all know @walesy does a fine job of automating scoring for our league each season but due to the need to tweak the workings of the site and uploads of data from external sources the week 1 process is usually a bit longer. As such I would suggest that some of the keener coaches may wish to count and post their own match scores on Sunday or Monday in order to know how the opening weekend panned out a little sooner than otherwise. There is certainly no requirement for them to do so. @Len @That KI Guy @dmandrews @Esther @Pearcey47 @Lachlan Brown @Peter W @ver_redit_optatum
Ok guys, first round has been processed. Scores look pretty similar to the ones above, so hopefully it has all gone through smoothly As always, if anything looks weird, lemme know!
Usually the keenest but had a big climbing day out. Excited to see the scores up already. Looks like the Galahs met some tough opposition but performed ok apart from our usual defending woes. If Tarni White keeps playing like that, Timboon will be scary this year.
The ORFFW Round 1 summary is provided in an abridged 4 part format The good (narrow) Katanning @FreoDockers by 27, dispatching the 2021 premiers @Tracey despite the aforementioned injury carnage Valks @That KI Guy by 29 in the SA derby (@Lachlan Brown 's debut) despite the Demons Kalinda Howarth lighting up the final quarter after being called up as a late emergency call up for an undermanned interchange bench. The no so good (comfortable) Manildra by 85 against Pomona/aka Fifth-mond @anthak Bathurst @Len by 96 in a defensive masterclass @Pearcey47 The ugly (one-sided) LSC @dmandrews by 149 over Bangalow (@Esther also on debut), posting 800 exactly in the process Timboon @Peter W by 153 against Glenbrook @ver_redit_optatum, breaking the ORFFW Round 1 record with 817 points in a rampaging display The addendum - Round 1 injury carnage, taxes and 5 other near certainties in the ORFFW Katanning, LSC and Timboon improve to a perfect 3-0 in ORFFW Round 1 matches whilst the Bangalow and EPD franchises fall to 0-3 in their corresponding matches, inclusive of the former incarnations as the Sandgate Sugar Gliders and Bermagui Bronze/Georgia Geeniuses respectively. Whilst Bathurst remain at home the other 11 ORFFW clubs scramble between townships to prepare for the upcoming Round 2 matches commencing on Friday night, best of luck to all coaches !
