Welcome one and all to Round Two of the Premier League season - the Family Derby! We hope that you are all enjoying the new AFLW season and are ready for another week of highs and lows and epic victories!

    Kyoto Kruisers @FreoDockers (0-1) vs Korean Kickers @Chloe (1-0)

This is what the family derby is named after - father vs daughter! The Kickers were only just able to get ahead of the All-Stars last week with a 35 point win. Conti scored the most for the Kickers, but they may need to do some more clever reshuffling to secure a more confident victory. The Kruisers will be hoping a home crowd advantage will help them out this week, but may still need to lean on their stars Miller and Prespakis.

Stuttgart Storm @Jono Steven (1-0) vs Majorca Islanders @TheTassieHawk (1-0)

Both teams have had a fantastic start to the season after they were both able to secure wins. The Islanders finished off the week with the second highest points in the league, due to the incredible performances by Roberts, Goldsworthy, and Smith. The Storm made moves during the draft to pick up Painter, who received the Round 1 nomination for Rising Star - but they will need all the firepower they can get to secure a win this week.

    Vancouver Vultures @Athos123 (0-1) vs Quebec Caribou @FreeKickLiam (1-0)

While the Vultures may not have been able to get the win last week, they had many wins in other areas. Debutant Zippy Fish had a fabulous first day out scoring 97 points, which helped the Vultures achieve the 4th highest score of the round. Quebec dominated last round, achieving the highest score amongst the league with the help of the highest scoring player, Jasmine Garner with a whopping 130 points. This will definitely be a game to keep your eyes on!

Adelaide All Stars @Corza (0-1) vs Lima Llamas @hoschke118 (0-1)

Both teams are looking for their first wins of the season after both suffering losses last week. It’s going to be more difficult now for the Llamas who have lost star Parker to a season ending injury. The Llamas are gonna need to be inspired by Purcell, who was their highest scorer for the round. The All-Stars are going to be looking for star power this week, with only one player (Nanscawen) scoring just over 100 points.

    Darmstadt Dynamos @WillH_VI (0-1) vs Lagos Royals @Peter W (1-0)

Two teams with a whole lotta star power, this will be another game to keep your eyes over the weekend. The Royals have welcomed back Bowers and Molloy with open arms, it’s like they never left the field! While the Dynamos may have lost last week, they had the 3rd highest score of the round thanks to Bonnici, Marinoff and Smith who are all sure to bring the heat this week.

Please post your teams in this thread by 10:05am AEST before the first game of the round starts between Collingwood and GWS at Victoria Park.

The Kruisers are already concerned they may have to waive a white flag early on in this contest.....

Ok a late change, I have no rucks this round so playing Dawes out of position I think. I believe that's half points but not a rules expert, let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

Given the quad injury for Jenna Bruton, the Storm will switch Lily Mithen onto the field and place Dana Hooker in her spot
