It is time for finals! We have two mouth-watering matchups in our preliminary finals, and all other teams are still playing this week in the Intercomp playoffs to decide which teams play Intercomp in 2027. See below for details. ORFFW Preliminary Finals Vivonne Bay Valkeries vs Bathurst Belles The much anticipated grand final rematch! The Valks have gone through the season undefeated so far, but haven't yet played the Belles. Can the Valks head into the grand final off the back of a clean sweep of the competition, or will the Belles spoil the party and take revenge for last year's grand final result! Timboon Trailblazers vs Wongan Hills Wallabies Along with the rampaging Valks, these two teams are clearly (arguably) a cut above the rest of the competition, both with points-for totals 500+ points ahead of the next tier of teams. The last time they met was a super exciting game in Wongan Hills resulting in a narrow 14 point win to the Wallabies. This week's game moves to Timboon to decide who will progress to the big dance. INTERCOMP PLAYOFFS All ORFFW teams are still in action this week! Our top-4 teams already qualify for the 2027 Intercomp. Everyone else is now fighting it out over the next two weeks to see who else can qualify! The winners from these three games will qualify: Scone Sirens vs All Stars (PL) Vultures (PL) vs Lake St Clair Devils Glenbrook Galahs vs Pomona Wood Nymphs The losers of the above 3 games will play the following week against the winners of the following three games: Kruisers (PL) vs Eastern Park Dragons Junee Jets vs Kickers (PL) Manildra Mystix vs Como Comets Good luck everyone! Please post your teams in this thread before the full lockout at 7:15pm AEDT Friday 23 October, at the commencement of the Power Pies AFLW game.
