I have made some tough decisions on the promotions and relegations from last season. I have also made the arbitrary decision to award the 2020 Premier League Championship to @Steve with a legitimate * @Steve and @HEAVER were the two best teams going into the playoffs. Steve was winning the week-2 game when the season shut down, whereas HEAVER was losing.
