You can also have my 2nd round 2014 MSD pick as well if its of any value to you - it is currently pick 20, but could even end up in the top 15 if only forced delistments are made. Jasper Pittard turned 23 a month ago. He has certainly shown a lot of promise, especially in preseason games. now last season and this season, he's playing most games in a good team and doing well. He has scored >75 in 3 of his last 4 games. He's got an awesome kick!
Yes Ant, the deal is done. Thanks for your offer, it is accepted. Thanks to everyone who expressed an interest too. Hope the Cannon does well in Cockatoo land.
We've now got a back four of Mackenzie, Hurn, Tuohy & Matt Watson - 4 of the biggest kicks in the game!

I'm gonna put a player up for auction. I'm another convert I will only ]trade them if the deal is right. Adam Cooney. Midfield. Y'all know what he can do. He's back to his best and has been injury free for 2 years or so. I would like a ruck or fwd in return, who is in the age range of 22-25. Or a 2015 PSD pick may get a deal done.

I still have Fitzy well in front, FWIW I rate Yeo quite highly and am interested in Weller as a project, I am not quite ready to call it having passed the reserve as I would prefer a single higher value player but am not far off it either. MBM is littered with injury risks, we don't need any new ones
Prap wrote: I am going to place Heritier Lumumba on the auction block. Looking for a player, and not a pick. Open to a mid, fwd, back or ruck, but would prefer someone 23 and under in age. He is Mid/forward with an average of 85, was up around 100 til the last two stinkers. Averaged 88 last season. After little interest I will remove Heritier and open him to private negotiations.
After much thought I am putting up for auction NAME - Sharrod Wellingham POSITION - Midfielder AGE - 26 this July TEAM - West Coast Eagles AVG - 67 I will take a reasonable draft pick or player. I will let you all know when the reserve has been met and then the auction will be on. Auction will run until Sunday Midday.

That is all I can afford to bid, and it would be remiss of me to not bid something for potentially a high pick Regardless, an interesting assessment of the players involved.
'The Misfits have elected to place their #1 2015 PSD pick up for auction.' I am keen on keeping everything as simple as possible Len. I offer you Darcy Gardiner (the Lions' second round pick - #22 - in the 2013 National Draft and already played three AFL games) plus my third round pick in the 2015 PSD which is as yet undetermined but right now would be #51, for your first round 2015 PSD pick. To be clear the 2015 PSD picks are those established by the finishing positions from the 2014 home and away series and are not to be adulterated by trading.

More a pointer to my needs mate, I have enough guys not playing, I need good consistent scorers on the park, not playing cribbage
Len - has the reserve been met for your pick yet? If it isn't too late to submit an offer I'd like to put one in for your 2015 PSD first round pick. My offer would be: * Thomas Curren from StKilda - 21 year old midfielder, has played all seven games this year (average 52) and has now established himself in the side (and should probably stick there given that a couple of older StKilda players may be exiting stage left in the coming year or 18 months). * Darraweit's second round 2015 PSD draft pick - which, based on the current ladder, would fall at pick #32. Thanks mate.

We don't need to sell, if we can't get what we want for it we will simply not sell. Your need to get rid of a certain asset, or type of asset is irrelevant if it is not the type of asset we need. Fitzy's bid is by far the most appropriate to our stated need. The 12th is still a few days away.
My apologies Len - I re-read your wants list and completely hashed things up. Sorry mate. I'd love to offer something, but many of my backs and forwards are either a bit old or injured - so they're probably not what you are after.

Not a prob at all Chris, wasn't aimed at you at all, yours was just that latest post. It's astounding how many people think that an ageing, underperforming or injured B grader is somehow worth the pick, now THAT is fantasy footy.
Am I tarred with the same brush Len? My offer includes a young defender who is getting playing time. From my observations Gardiner is finding his way at the AFL level and will improve consistent with the way the Lions invested in him. I might be inclined to offer a second round pick rather than a third round pick if that was what it took - but at this point I do not think so. A difficult point to suggest - be careful not to be influenced by stats without checking what is behind them.
