My likely delists are up to two of the following: Patrick Ambrose Zac Merrett Jackson Thurlow Shane Savage Sam Reid Don't contact me regarding trades unless you have something in the first round to offer... I'm only going as deep as 37 at best and already have four in the second round

Inspired by the Bandit, we list two players who may be chopped. However, as they have some commercial value offers are requested. The players: Nick Graham - CFC - Midfielder Chris Knights - Tigers - Forward OTY.

Up for trade is James Frawley - 26yo DEF/FWD.

New club, new attitude, new start. averaged 77 last year and has averaged around the 75ppg mark in five or the past six seasons.

Only 26 as well, so plenty of footy ahead of him. Durable and cemented into his new club's best 22. Ready made to slot into most backlines.

If you are interested, I am after a draft pick between 30 and 50. Inquire within, or without, or wherever.

Right. Okay. If I want to know who will be picked in the PSD or who is being delisted, I should come to the Pre-Season Trade Discussions thread. Good. Thought you could hide it from me?

Current draft picks are 5, 21, 57, 63 and maybe 81. These players could be delisted, but may not be, looking for improvements on the above draft picks Matt Shaw Vic Michie Ben Sinclair Michael Close Clinton Young - top 50 pick or around the mark

I have a pick 27 burning a hole in my pocket ..... so feel free to make a pitch to me here or via PM. After a defender - young to youngish, improving, etc. Not someone who is lucky to escape the delistment axe :) I might approach a couple of fellow coaches here as well. Thanks!

2 things, Chief, when can we expect your odds? :) Looking forward to seeing where you think teams are at! Also, do delistments need to be in before 11:59pm Thursday or 11:59pm Friday.... :)

It is clear that a number of teams have positioned themselves to rebuild through the draft this year so it would be a tad unfair to judge them on who they have left in their squads at the moment. At least after the draft it will be clearer as to either what people's plans were/are and how successful they were in achieving them through the draft.

Lachlan Hunter might be in a bit of trouble. Bad news - you can bet on it! http://www.theaustralian.com.au/sport/afl/western-bulldogs-player-investigated-over-betting-on-football/story-fnca0u4y-1227270100024

Darraweit Guim's erstwhile coach left shaking his head .... I mean, I had some freak absences last year from my team - reckon the best was David Armitage missing something like 6 weeks after getting an infection from toxic soil at Docklands - but this just about tops that. If Mr Hunter is the gent involved - and it seems he may be, well, I mean he could be suspended for months, couldn't he? Bloody hell.

Heath Shaw got 14 weeks with 6 suspended for giving a friend money to bet on a Collingwood game, so a lengthy suspension could be possible. Every person/scenario is different though.

Apparently the story is that Mr Hunter actually has a betting account and noticed that a bet had been made on the football by someone (not him, apparently) so rang the AFL or the Bulldogs to self report. I still can't understand why someone else would have access to your betting account ... not exactly the smartest thing to do.

With only a few days to go, figured I'd try another Draft Preview: 1. Lilacs - Heeney, no question 2. Iron Knob - Brayshaw, would have gone Petracca 3. Darraweit - Petracca, has to go here but the injury see's Chris trying to auction off this pick 4. Waik - McGovern stud F/D, has to take him. he's my fave player in this draft. 5. Venus Bay - Stef Martin most likely, could go Paddy McCartin. Stef helps now though immensely. 6. Mt Beauty - McCartin, stud Fwd to build around for years to come. 7. Lilacs - Best avail- DeGoey / Pickett / Steele - tough call 8. Nuffers - Ruck....Holmes over O'Brien over Durdin, Goddard outside chance 9. Marble Bar - Would have liked to have seen Ahern/Marchbank so now takes Pickett or Steele who will both bestuds. 10. Hoppers - DeGoey for sure if avail, then Pickett/Steele; if not avail need Def so Goddard easily over Darcy over Marchbank. Draft Bolters (have definitely moved up) Mitch Clark....could easily go in the top 10 for those looking to win now, Heeney wasn't consensus #1 but should be. Draft Whispers(have put their hand up for long term gain & could sneek into the 1st Rd) In no particular order - Langford, Lamb, Daniel, Taberner, Cockatoo, Crisp, Wigg, Duggan, Vandenberg, Lambert, Miller, Garlett, Turner, Weller. Draft Free Agents (the win now guys) I'm not going to name them, but after Stef Martin & McGovern there are at least 10-12 more Free Agents that could quite easily go anywhere in thefirst 30 picks - with at least 4-6 going top 15 easily. Draft Ruck questions (how to value) Stef is easily the best & we have kids like Wright, Moore, Cox that will take 1-2 years; But we didn't see this coming - hands firmly up with this pre season are Durdin from the Kanga's, O Brien from Adelaide & Jason Holmes Stk who will all play this year & could throw the first 10-15 picks completely upin the air with such low ruck stocks. You could be right on the money on my first pick Snoz, but very interesting for my pick 7, I guess everyone will just have to wait and see.
