Did we have the draft this early last season? I was sure I seen some nab cup before taking my picks...can't remember.
It's no big deal really Mick. You just need to be organised. I came into this draft with 5 picks, the last being 48, and I still have 2 to go, and I know who I'll take now, as long as they're both still there. If not I go to the next on the list. All I did was prepare a list of 48 players that would suit Banchang in the positions/order that I thought was best. If someone ahead of me took a player on my list, I just crossed him off and went to the next one. So there's no waiting around. As soon as the bloke ahead of me has his pick, then I'm ready to go as soon as I come online. If we all can find the time to do that, then our next draft, the MSD should be a walk in the park....finding the time is the hard part, especially if you're a working family man.............of which I fully understand.

Timothy Smith. Melbourne. 26 year old. Should get a start very early, tall forward. Or I could get it completely wrong and have wasted a trade!
Yes research does help. Pity my eyeballs won't be doing any of it this pre season. Just can't workout why we have started the draft so early. Doesn't seem like a normal start. I have way to many other leagues and comps that I'm balls deep in right now to have done any research really. Guess that's my loss........I was one for early draft starts anyways. So I don't really care, just wondered why??
