Saturday 28 January at 22:00 Eastern time - Pre-season trading and delistments close. Please make sure all teams are up-to-date in TSLeagues by this time, and with no more than 26 players on your list, otherwise we'll have to start culling them for you! Monday 30 January at 08:00 Eastern time - PSD commences. As usual, a 12h time limit will be placed on all drafts, with the standard of the clock stopping between midnight and 8am (Eastern). Draft scheduled to run until Sunday 19 February. Monday 20 February at 08:00 Eastern time - Mini-Draft commences. Same rules as normal drafts regarding 12h time limits, with everyone having two consecutive picks based on pre-trading PSD order (refer to the mini-draft thread if you can't remember). Scheduled to end on 3 March. Note that if the PSD is completed early, the mini-draft may commence right away, although time limits will not be imposed until 8am on 20 February. Saturday 4 March at 08:00 Eastern time - post-draft trading opens. This may be moved forward if the mini-draft ends early. For simplicity, try not to have complex trades, as all teams need to be exactly 28 players at the end of this trading period. Friday 17 March at 22:00 Eastern time - trading closes and all teams are to be at 28 players, all TSLeagues pages to be updated, and everyone ready for a huge season 2017 to start. Thursday 23 March - First game of 2017. Partial lockout will be imposed due to a Thursday game, as per normal rules for a non-Friday start to the round. We should all know all the rules from here on out! If any of this does not make sense, please ask, so that it can be clarified. Otherwise have fun, and keep the trades coming!
Sounds good. So that there is some players left in the pool, can we confirm that everyone has to be at 28 or less prior to the mini-draft?
22 players at start of PSD must draft 4 players 26 players at start of Mini Draft must draft 2 players
wait... are we going in circles again coaches??? lol 26 players or less prior to the PSD (the mandatory turnover doesn't kick in to next years PSD) we draft up to 26 players in the PSD All coaches then have back to back picks in the mini draft to take us to 28.

See, I knew that someone would find a way to get confused. This year, 2017, has no list turn-over requirement. No-one is obliged to take PSD picks, they only need to be at 26 players at the end of the PSD, and then 28 players at the end of the mini-draft. So yeah, as Tyze said (thanks mate).
Hey Commish can you confirm whoever has pick 1 (and so on) can start earlier on the sunday if they wish but with no mandatory time limit? Or a hard 0800 start date on the Monday?
Only if everyone has completed delistments and TSLeagues entries and so on beforehand. That's why there's a day gap in there - simply to make sure that if any administrative type stuff need to be done before the PSD commences, there's actually time to do it. If there is no problems, then yes, I will open the PSD early, with no time limits kicking in until 08:00 on Monday.
