Putting Travis Cloke up for auction. New year, new team, may have had a down year last year but in the up and coming Doggies who knows, looking for a PSD pick, will consider most offers as my picks at the moment are 11, 65, 83, 101... so don't be afraid to have a punt. Auction ends Sunday 5th of Feb at 11:59PM
Thanks Ant, now I don't feel like he's completely worthless. Oh, on the off chance that was genuine... Reserve not met.
For transparency to everyone, I accidentally posted that comment about pick 68, so I deleted it. I had not even realised it posted until about 10 minutes later and was shocked to see it had because it wasn't intentional. I deleted it and moments later that KI guy had responded. I guess Lynch actually is completely worthless afterall
9. Once a bid is tabled the bid is live until reject OR deemed beaten by the person conducting the auction, it cannot be materially altered once tabled. Read more at http://tooserious.net/forum/threads/2017-pre-season-auction-thread.89713/#4Ked5L9Sb2l6wMs1.99 Fortunately the bid wasn't accepted
Yeah it's a pain but it's an issue where you just have to have a line, as it worked out no issue which is good, I also corrected my poor engrish in the OP
Blimps bid Ryan Bastinac - 25yo mid, 83 avg and a first Rd MSD pick in 2017 (pick number obviously TBD and up for discussion, as I have two of them)
Ok, um ... KI Guy would get whichever of the two picks is the best. Is that enough info (and does that comply with bidding rules?)
Unfortunately not, your bid must be definitive, not interpretive, so either Darraweit;s MSD or whatever other teams MSD you are holding. Otherwise you have a variable asset in play for 5 months, neither of you could trade either of them as knowing which would be best isn't necessarily knowable etc etc.
Crap. Ok, then I'll nominate Bandit's pick as the one to trade. I have no idea if it will be higher or lower than mine, but at least it separates my pick from the deal and any issues that might cause.
Thanks for the prompt response Mike. I probably shouldn't have placed a bid before work and instead waited until lunch so I had a bit more time and could provide a comment on how the Devils are situated in relation to the currency required in exchange for Tom Lynch. It is good to see that you have received another bid in the mean time. In term's of PSD picks I am not prepared to offer a top 10 pick and the next best pick I have got is pick 26. Whilst I have got seven midfielders, seven weeks into the season my youngest midfielder turns 25 years old so I don't have any young midfielders I can offer. I agree that Tom Lynch is worth more than PSD pick 26, however that is all I can offer in terms of the currency required. Hopefully another club is able to meet the reserve.
