Some clutch scores from some premiums this week.

Let us know how you fared in the League prelims if your team was still alive, and also how you went up/down or sideways in the overall rankings.

Adams has been one of the 2 or 3 players I haven't managed to get into my team that has cost me really badly. Hopefully the pies do the right thing and don't play him.

I made a decision to start with taylor adams too late. I went to change my team during round 1 and realised his game had just started. I was pissed off i hadnt been better organised because most of preseason id been leaning towards starting him but never actually made the change.

I was moving house the weekend of round 1 and was super busy and not paying much attention to footy at all.

I brought him in as a fixup trade before round 3. Probably one of my better trades as he is a genuine must-have this season as a top10 scorer overall but a def.

Hopefully he is all good and not even a query about not playing him............needing him+++

I feel a bit like I'm sitting on my hands this week. No trades to be made. Pretty much no bench options to choose from. Team seems to be set and forget for the moment. So, feeling like a bit of cabin fever. This is the transition to no SC for 6 months. ;)

BTW.....a big thanks to Walesy for all his effort and commitment.....THANKS!!!!! :thumbsu:

Adams was a popular starting pick with the key risk being durability given he had only played 12-18 games his first 5 seasons. Hopefully for those who back him next year this season is the start of a new trend.

I'd be surprised if he retained defense eligibility next year. Would be a bold (though not crazy) move to start him as a pure mid.

      This.
Apparently he has played 80% in mids this season.

It will be very interesting to see position eligibility for so many players. Lots of mids have been "resting" fwd this year - Bont, Rocky, Fyfe, Danger et al. I wonder how much time they have to play there to get the DPP?
