I don't really do "Never Again" lists but I'm going to make a special exception for Billings. If there are SC Gods, then he is the SC antichrist.

Having held him I am loving his work, I am not sold he will do it against a better team than the Suns but fingers crossed he can perform as an F6 in the back half of the season.

I wonder if people will be bringing him in now, after his bye. He’s very cheap haha

I’m very disappointed with how my season has gone downhill these byes. I haven’t been able to field 18 players either week yet. I’m hoping it’ll turn around next week.

I am on 1635 so far this round from just 15 players, but only have Danger and Tuohy left. I reckon par will be over 2000 this round with so many popular players scoring well. But I won’t get there.

Par won't be 2000 but certainly over 1900.

I'm only heading towards 1850 myself despite captaining Fyfe.

Wow very jealous, congrats! Here I was, pretty happy with 1706 + jack Higgins still to come
    8. TheTassieHawk
Clearly par any week depends on ranking and normally this is much higher at the pointy end.

The thing is the bye rounds normally have to be taken as a group of 3 weeks as often a strong week relative to the field is because a team has more premium playing in a certain week and/or is using more trades.

My teams is 16/1771 with Dusty still to play. I play in 5 leagues and none of my opponents is likely to get closer than 70 points. They each have 2 donuts to my 1, subject of course to any Sunday afternoon trades prior to Geelong vs Richmond. Therefore I would be surprised if "par" is 2000, and actually reckon 1850-1900 seems reasonable for teams with 17-18 players.

Yeah it was a bit premature of me to predict par, and TTH is totally right about the byes being a 3 week block. I was just being a bit pessimistic due to being short of 18 players for the 2nd week in a row

      Hoping your right?

1678 atm with Dusty, Danger and Lambert to play.

Projected 1853 + Fyfes extra 154 to kick in.

Would be interesting to get everyone’s 3 Bye totals.

I think most years we have run a poll in the round review thread for the last bye week.

      All out for 1843.
I anticipate I'll drop a few spots but not much.

      Dropped 9 spots to 158th.

      2020 here (Thanks Fyfe)

      Combined 97 points not used in best 18 on-field (McLean - 52, Ryan - 45)

      Edit: New Rank 1151

1898 this week which got me all but 1 win, combined with 1714 last week means I went from 18,816 overall to 8,012 in the first two byes. Hopefully another full team this week launches me a bit higher. Although I have used an obscene number of trades, only 6 left but I am at full premo.

#1 Ranked player could have up to 19 players out this week (pending injury & selection updates). That's gunna hurt!

      - 14 on bye duties
      - 3 injuries (Macrae, McLean, D. Smith)
      - 2 (T. Smith, Brodie not selected this round)

1696 for me - a bloody disaster this week following a similar crap result last week.
Injuries to Jackson McRae, Toby Mclean, Jimmy Webster, and Bailey Rice would have been better covered by emergencies. Tom Doedee & Luke Ryan were well below par. Had planned the byes perfectly but now thanks to suspensions and injuries I have used 7 trades in the bye rounds when if it was a perfect world I would have used 3. Will have to do at least 2 again next week to get 18 on the ground. I am really pissed off. I would have used just as many if I hadn't planned but would have been able to pick better players in earlier trades with no influence from byes. Next year I will pay no attention until round 10. Won 3 out of 4 leagues but have gone back down to 8754 rank

      1912 and won all my leagues - that's a first - Ranked 5311 so won't win overall - funny that !
You guys are a big help so thanks !

Down to 9 trades and 3 upgrades left to do !

2041, my highest ever weekly rank of 549 and moved up 6345 places! Good week after last weeks disaster
