Fixture wise, I was thinking of keeping it simple. We'll keep the same order as the 2018 fixture, but each year we'll move the first three rounds to the back of the calendar, so that there is a little bit of a mixture in who plays who year-on-year. Plus we'll just reverse the home / away teams each year. This way, 2018 had R1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 In 2019 we'll have R4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,1,2,3 Then 2020 would be R7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,1,2,3,4,5,6 ...and so on. So what I'll do is update the fixture, and the home / away teams, and then post it into TSL when its open (haven't looked to see if I can upload new fixtures yet). Does this sound fair to everyone?
Gentlemen, the new fixture has been uploaded - please let me know if anyone picks up any problems. We have a few teams who seem to be a player short. I'd suggest they rectify this. We also have one team that has too many players. Remember partial lockout next Thursday 21st March, with full lockout for round 1 on Friday 22nd March at 19:50 Melbourne time.
Fixed - I accidentally predicted this years finals (based exactly on last years finals) and included those in the regular season for 2019 All is good now
That's really weird. The player count comes automatically from TSL, so I always trust it. But I also only count 28 players on your list. @walesy any idea what might be going on here with the Groote Eylandt team, please? TSL player report shows 29 players. Player list is only 28 names long.
I had the same issue on one of my leagues, the actual player count is correct, no one is going mad, there appears to be a ghost player involved
Tell you what, I really cannot wait for this season to start. Funny what a bit of false confidence in an FU team can do to a man!
Coaches with the success the AFL teams are having by being able to recruit players to cover season ending Injuries that happen during preseason, I'd like to put it out there that we should follow suit to keep our league as close to the AFL as possible. It might seem that I only bring this up as I have lost two players in Mitchell and Roberton but it's nothing new and most of us have experienced this. To keep it fun and coaches engaged without the sinking feeling oh another season lost due to injuries, it should be time to discuss and what rules would need to be in place Alah essendon supplement scandal.

Thank f@ck it’s finally here. Tricky start against the Blowflys but wouldn’t swap the FU for anything. Meanwhile in that little comp called the AFL...just in case anyone forgot; we’re still premiers until the fat lady sings on GF day 2019. Come at us, we’re waiting.
@JPK is it worth following up @TigersTooTough ? The last couple of years he’s had RL issues at the start of the season and hasn’t fielded a team before lockout. He has a few tigers & blues on his list too.
