At 1/9th time in the Goldfields, there's been a quarantine breach by the Victorians, and a $50,000 fine issued. @insider

    Coolgardie: 144 / 2 / 72
    Ararat: 211 / 2 / 105.5

That's the score I had for the match until I checked later and they scaled your score up to 5/401....

It’s late in the 1st quarter at the Sandpit and the hometown Sandgropers (358/6/60) are leading @Tomster ’s Grenades (60/1/60) by 298 points. A disappointing injury early to Selwood (10) and a poor performance from Stephenson (33) has Gisborne in the box seat to get their third win of the season and consign Southern Cross to their third straight defeat.

    Go Gropers!

At 5/9th time and after a very slow start the home team are coming back, while the visitors jumped out of the blocks but have then spent the closing stages of the last stanza tripping over themselves. @insider

    Coolgardie: 638 / 8 / 79.7
    Ararat: 733 / 10 / 73.3

Notables for the Prospectors are T Dumont on 139 points, and S Martin on 46 points.
Notables for the Armadillos are A Treloar on 158 points, and J Ziebell on a donut.

    Still to come we have
Sicily, Aish, Clark, O'Meara, Wines, Gibbons, Serong
    up against
Ryan, Hardwick, Brayshaw, Gawn, Wingard, and a 95 point lead.

Early in the third at the Sandpit and it’s the hometown Sandgropers (600/9/67) leading @Tomster ’s Grenades (372/5/75) by 228 points. Still a while to go in this one, but Gisborne are favourites with the bookies.

    Go Gropers!

    The Barracuda's are on 895/10 89.5 and the Barcrawlers @choppers are on 1,075/11 97.7

The visiting Barcrawlers surge to the lead on the back of Higgins 182 & Greenwood 144.

For the locals, Zurhaar is a late out, a search party has been dispatched to locate young Mitch Gatorade to sub in.

A real mixed bag for the visitors has them holding a narrow advantage at the moment but struggling to hold on

Nearly finished here and Eden has 1093 + Brown vs Cow Bay 1037 + Wilkie and Jones. Brown averages 64 and both Crocs average 90 but anything can happen in 2020.

Serengeti look to have done enough to finish their home town hub stay with a win.

The Barracuda's are slip sliding away on 1,104/14 78.9 whike the Barcrawlers @choppers continue to build on 1,375/14 98.2 with Jonas pulling out all the stops 138

The locals didn't fine Mitch but they found a Ryder. The visitors have a Dodee left.

Seemingly all over here at the Sandpit with the hometown Sandgropers (954/14/68) holding a slender 200 point lead over @Tomster ’s Grenades (753/10/75). Even if Crouch salutes, the 5 Gisborne players will only need to average a tick over 60 to take the points.

To be honest, this has turned into a contest where the least shit team is going to win; one where a score around 1100 will take the match. For Southern Cross, losing Selwood (10) early and relying on players like Banfield (50) & Cuningham (35) for the win was never going to turn out well. Gisborne haven’t been much better with Neale well held and only really Kelly & Witts getting off the chain so far. Witts (109) comfortably took the Giant Tap points over old man Mummy (70).

    Go ‘Gropers!
