@Tracey @HOLKY @That KI Guy @anthak @dmandrews @FreoDockers @Tiny_doughnut @marconofrio @Nic Neg @ver_redit_optatum I would recommend that each of you takes a look at this AFLW based fantasy comp https://sheplays.com.au/aflw
Nice one, I'll sign up tonight after work.... good to see some more AFLW fantasy comps coming on board.
@Tracey @HOLKY @That KI Guy @anthak @dmandrews @FreoDockers @Tiny_doughnut @marconofrio @Nic Neg @ver_redit_optatum @Len https://sheplays.com.au/aflw/my-leagues then use the code zdxezf provided by @Len if you want to join It looked like a maximum of 4-5 top priced players is possible in this format assuming teams are looking to go Guns And Rookies. But don't quote me. I have attached an analysis of existing AFLW players for this game format - note that a couple may be missing. 1 worksheet focuses on 2019 performance and gives weighting to AFL Fantasy and Champion Data scoring, while the other focuses on AFLF/CD career performance including the 2017 and 2018 seasons. Be wary of the small sample sizes of Riddell and Morrison - they are most definitely great players but may not be the locks their numbers suggest. I haven't as yet looked over the non victorian U18 draftees and Vic and interstate mature age newcomers and was hoping that some of you would suggest a top 10-15 of each so we can focus the discussion on the most likely value picks in this game. I feel that apart from selecting the correct onfield players and captain the trading aspect will be critical in terms of trading in players with good draws and nailing breakevens. Also feel free to use this thread as a Rate My ShePlays Team thread up to Friday night. Good luck and cheers TTH
Oh brilliant saves me doing that myself. I already joined the reddit league though, I don’t want to do both unless you can use the same team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
On most fantasy game platforms you can join and/or create a number of groups and leagues (sometimes limited to 10) with a single team. I am sure that this competition will be the same.
Well with Round 1 AFLW sides named I have put together a team I am happy to start in this comp, $15-$20k players in orange and $25k players in blue. Those are half of the team and I have no cash leftover at all. Brennan and Molloy were the hardest to leave out in the Forward line and hopefully I will get to trade them in halfway through the 8 rounds. Let me know if you have any other cheapies locked into your team, or are running a similar or wildly different team structure.
You must be hating that 5 player per club limit @Len I had Pound and swapped to Hardiman to free up $$. Our teams are very different but both seem to have gone cheap down back.
Here's mine - thrown together with a pretty rushed amount of effort, 3x fantasy teams isn't easy to keep up on with lol
my 11 yo daughter has joined our league. She chose the team herself, so I dont think it'll go very well! Her team name is Collingwood Tigers, which she also chose
