It's Round 4! and 1st-4th place are playing against 5th-8th place. Will we see some upsets or will the top four establish themselves as the ones to beat this season?

    Darmstadt Dynamos @WillH_VI (2nd) vs Korean Kickers @Chloe (6th)

Both of these teams are coming off a great round 3 - Darmstadt scored the highest round score of the season yet and the Kickers shook off a 0-2 start to defeat the reigning premiers. Who can keep that momentum going?

Stuttgart Storm @Jono Steven (3rd) vs Kyoto Kruisers @FreoDockers (7th)

After starting the season so well with a top score in round 1, Kyoto have now been the bottom score two rounds in row and find themselves in 7th place. Can they find their form against Stuttgart? The Storm look strong, sitting at 3rd with their only loss coming when they came eight points short of 2nd place Darmstadt in round 2.

    Lima Llamas @hoschke118 (1st) vs Lagos Royals @Peter W (5th)

Things are looking pretty good for the Llamas with the top score and on top of the table, but the draw has also been kind to them so far, with the lowest score against of any team. Lagos has had a much more difficult run, including a loss last week to Stuttgart despite scoring over 1000. A score which would have gotten the win against Lima.

    Vancouver Vultures @Athos123 (8th) vs Majorca Islanders @TheTassieHawk (4th)

The only team yet to get a win, Vancouver started slow in round 1, but have kept pace since with two 900+ scores. The Vultures now need to work on their defence (read: luck), as they have conceded the most points of any team in both of the last two rounds. The Islanders will be wary of Vancouver and will be looking to avoid losing to two winless teams in a row.

    Good luck everyone!

The Islanders selection committee have named their Round 4 side for our clash with the Vultures @Athos123

Mid = Blackburn, Hatchard, Anderson, Pritchard (J Vogt)

Half time sees the Storm 6/420 (ave 70) currently leading the Kruisers 4/293 (ave 73.2)
With 5 games on a Super Sunday to come, this could come down to the final match of the day!

Midway through the last quarter Majorca 10/816 appear to have put the game well beyond the reach of Vancouver 12/718 @Athos123.

Bella is the last Vulture to play while the Islanders have Darcy, Pritchard and Blackburn set to complete proceedings.

It appears that Majorca kicked away to win 1013 to 759 @Athos123

We might need to wait for the official scores for the Lima v Lagos game. At the moment it seems as though Lima (1041) has just held on against Lagos (1039). An insane 174 from Marinoff has nearly pulled it over the line for the Royals

Round 4 winners in the 2023 Premier League were Lima by 2, Stuttgart by 59, Darmstadt by 180 and Majorca by 230 - with Darmstadt (again) high scoring with a mammoth 1058 and Vancouver low scoring with 785.

The top 4 have broken clear but the fixture for rounds 5-8 will see that gap close as the challengers press for finals positions.
