If he's 50/50 really can't see them shoving the big fella on a plane for a 10 hr round trip to the GC for a nothing game.

Yeah I can't see Sandi playing this week - looks like I'm going to field another donut unless Redden or big O get a game. Damn!!

very good news for those who dont have him. the mummy>sandi trade seems to have burnt a lot of people. Im not sure why he was the popular trade for mumford, if you didnt have sandilands at the start of the season chances are it was because you thought he was going to get injured like he has every other year. im not sure why after 3 healthy rounds you would suddenly change that stance. he was always going to score well when healthy as he always has

I took the calculated gamble that he won't play this week so pulled the trigger on him to HMac last week. Working out OK so far... :)

I'd love for him to play, but I'm not expecting him to.

Still, I started with Sandi, HMac and Giles. The latter two stepped up brilliantly last weekend. At the very worst, I'm in the same position this week as a lot of other coaches, except I didn't use 1-2 trades to get there.

That sounded a little self-congratulatory...It was more me taking a "make the best of a bad situation" approach to Sandi's injury.
