I would like to put up 1st round draft pick #14 for Auction. Would prefer a Ruck or Fwd/Mid. PS - Ant - Sylvia is not enough for it.

Was going to put my #13 up for Auction earlier in the week but decided to hold for the moment, might still later but doubt it unless some other things change! So will be interested to see what this gets! Good luck Mel! :)

Andy, i'll bid Brent Macaffer, the first round of the NAB suggested he was no longer a tagger. Yet when playing as a tagger in 2013 he averaged 60 and played 21 games which puts a line through his 2009 and 2011 seasons of 3 and 4 games respectively and not playing in 2012.

My dear Chels, I'll take that as an opening bid to kick off proceedings. You certainly don't have Jose's spending habits. Before you try to do that sort of thing it's customary to buy flowers, chocolates and a few drinks.

Andy, a former girlfriend once looked me in the eye and said 'candy's dandy, but liquor's quicker.' I subsequently discovered that 'pot is not.'

I was experimenting with a combination of the latter two - as a result of which I had a yearning for the first named. Did you offer Sylvia Len? I did not see the post. I am sure sNoZ would rate Brent much more highly!

This explains much :) Andy's post, stated what he wanted, (your offering not fitting the bill of a Ruck or M/F), and that Sylvia wasn't enough ;) Less pinot more coffee for you :p

In this auction sense anyway. he has become involved in a trade deal I'm currently negotiating. I'll keep you in mind if the negotiations break down.

Hi Andy - OK, I'll do something interesting: I'll offer you Picks 8, 42 and 46 in the draft for your pick 14, pick 23 and Anthony Miles. If you want to get back in touch Andy to discuss this one, feel free.

Hi Chris, I don't have #23 any more. It became Daisy. Have a rethink and get back to me.

Ah, no worries Andy - been away at a conference since late last week so hadn't seen that one. All good - and a nice trade for both of you. Hmm, OK - how about pick 8 and 67 for 14 and Miles?

@Chris. I havent got enough time to check right now, but I wanted to get in quickly. I do believe you have already traded pick 67 to me! So youd better stop offering it around if so :)

I had a look at the draft order but forgot it hadn't been updated to include our trade and a couple hence. Amazing what happens when you spend a couple of days out of the loop. Now, IIRC you traded me pick 62 Ant, didn't you? If so - melbandy - substitute pick 67 for pick 62 and my proposal stands (and you get a better pick - bonus!)

Hi Chris- I think Miles is a star and might just up the ante this season. Thanks for the offer but I'm gonna keep him.
