OP list updated, notes sent to the laggers Will be doing the threads etc around 3pm, will delist for those who missed, by lowest avg, oldest players of same avg first Anyone desperate to throw another spud in the oven can do so until then also..
Just a technical question Len - by lowest average do you mean having played at least one game in the first 10 rounds? Or is someone who has not played given an implied zero (and hence the lowest) average? Thus an early 2014 draft pick who has not yet played could be in the FA pool? I do not have an opinion, just want to make the compulsory de-listing approach as transparent as possible.

I'm not technical enough to consider zero anything but a number, so yep, zero is an average too, thus the oldest first notation. I've also not looked to see if retirements etc have delisted for anyone, if so they would obviously be first, the idea is not to penalise any individual, simply to ensure that the impact on the rest of the coaches is minimal. We would avoid delisting a 1st or 2nd round AFL draft pick from the previous 2 drafts.. For reference, the last time it happened we had a coach that had to be replaced, so it's not without significance. Hopefully it's a non-issue, the overlapping activities and mushy time windows has probably confused people, but anyone not remembering we have a draft starting this afternoon is distracted at best..

If need be will run any proposed forced ones past the group before acting, not all are obvious, despite rules making some obvious, logic refutes the rule
We are indeed, unfortunately I can't do the draft order until I know active picks, and can't do the draft pool until I have all delists.. Will give him a bit longer and then post my delists thoughts for him if required, I'd prefer it be seen as us helping him out than some kind of penalty..
