Wasn't sure who else was going to do the writeup so I took a bit of initiative, so without further ado the true 1v1 format of the FU: The Giant Tap
    Giant Tap Round 1:
    Groote Eyelandt vs Ararat
    Guthrie 37 vs Gawn 139

    Pedersen 92 vs Smith 75
    Blanchetown vs Cow Bay
    Jacobs 90 vs Lycett 33
    Pakenham vs Coolgardie
    Bellchambers 89 vs Martin 111
    Christmas Island vs Banchang
    Kreuzer 74 vs Sinclair 106
    Pearcedale vs Staghorn Flat
    Simpson 0 vs McEvoy 93
    Southern Cross vs Nuytsland
    Ryder 68 vs Grundy 95
    Hughenden vs Korumburra
    Sandilands 104 vs Goldstein 105
    Gisborne vs Serengeti
    Witts 131 vs Longer 34

    Leaderboard: (av used as tiebreaker)
    Gawn 1-0 (139)
    Witts 1-0 (131)
    Martin 1-0 (111)

That I will... Incidentally, does anyone have last year's results? I lost track when I lost my last computer (which didn't have a HDD to retrieve)

And as predicted, Big Boy McEvoy takes out the Big Tap 2017 by half a point!

With a very lucky win scoring on 72 points to beat Bellchambers 48, it was enough for the unlikely hero take out the title.

    McEvoy - 12.5 points
    Mumford - 12 points
    Jacobs & Kreuzer 11 points

And its Big Tap, not Giant :p

    Leaderboard: (av used as tiebreaker)

    Jacobs 2-1 (96)
    Goldstein 2-1 (95)

The King has returned with a good win but he's still behind and facing history. With the possible exception of McEvoy (haven't got 2017 in my spreadsheet), no winner has ever missed a round. In other news, had Grundy won this round he'd be top on Av.
