FF v TS Challenge1 is ranked 21st. The righteousness of uplifting the lowly is offset by some good old inter-community, Oz v Pommy rivalry!
TiB - Appreciate (and agree with) your comments earlier and some albeit minor attempt was made early in the season with one coach. However there is not much you can do when the team is called SWANNIES and only has Swans players!

Liking the forum topic here. Do you want a shout out in an article on the main page to see if we can get a full listing on how our leagues are tracking? Interesting how many of our leagues are in that 20-50 range. It says to me how much depth there is in the ranks here, and that even if some of our players aren't in the top 1000 in the overall, they are still working together in some good, challenging and tough leagues, learning their craft while still dominating their work and family leagues. Next season I'd love a much bigger focus on leagues before we start. I'm not sure how we do this, but a main page article each week would be great, along with some reporting of the key matchups come finals time. I'm happy for us to make a big deal of the finals in each of the TooSerious leagues, and hmmm, if we get Walesy working on it, maybe we can see a prize for the winning teams who can negotiate all the minefields to take out the premiership (rather than overall) success in each of these leagues.

Kel has already mentioned the Can't Be TS League which is ranked 197 and is quite competitive. The other TS league I'm in is TS - I am serious which reached as high as top 20 at the start of the year and is now ranked 36, just above the Expats.
Far too Serious 315574 Ranked 496 with an average of 2093 I agree with your sentiment TIB but in theory it may not always work. We have one player who gave up months ago got 479 for the last round and average of 1200 who has 18 Hawks players and the rest LTI's or Rookies who haven't played! Although I'm sitting in the top 3 of all the other leagues in this league I'm only 10th one game out of the 8. I would love the chance to challenge my fellow league players again. Just as some of the more experienced players have invitee leagues I recall from earlier in the year based on last years scores or reputations of years previous. This league format is a very solid idea and I'm just wondering how difficult it would be to have the invite part a little more controlled to so that in our leagues case for instance this player who while we wish to encourage to help all would be placed in a more skilled base league based on their experience, level of commitment etc? Having said all that I play her this round will probably get beaten lol

Another TS league that I'm in is just called Public League 592476 - but was definitely formed in the forums here at TS at the 11th hour and 59th minute. Currently this league is ranked 525.
I'm in 4 of these TS leagues and all in the top 35, a chance for finals in 3 of them, the donors league been unlucky with some close losses
Following from the lead of the Expats league, what about some state of origin type leagues for next year eg TS Vic Metro, TS Vic Country, TS Western Australia, TS South Australia etc. Would provide a bit of regional TS competition, both within the leagues and to see which region comes out on top.
