No issue with my team guys, I've just been away and forgot to update it. I'll wear the consequences of my laziness.
@Len.....this comp is the one that's 'first past the post' right ? As in W/L's don't count, its all "points for" ?
The understanding I have is that the first 15 rounds are points for and then the top 4 scoring teams (which may be different to the top 4 on the W/L ladder) playoff in the semi finals and the SF winners meet in the Grand Final.
This is the only AFL keeper league where my team aren’t completely rubbish so I probably wouldn’t have a clue otherwise.
I suggest we roll 15 rounds of home and away and a 2 week finals series where 1 plays 4, 2 and 3 play and the winners contest the GF. The home and away "season" to be points for only. I have asked @walesy to change our ladder to points for.

Rollover Bye Issue We are aware of a problem that locks the bye players into onfield positions if they were there for round 9. @walesy will be working on a fix asap. In the meantime please post in your relevant league round thread (create one if it doesn’t exist) any changes that need to be made for tonight that involve removing one or more of those players and tag me. I will fix them tonight if a fix is not in place before. By posting the changes needed and tagging me prior to lockout you are enabling a fix to be done at anytime during the round and ensuring the correct score is recorded. Cheers
@Len Can't post a player to my Interchange (have tried clearing). The player is Duursma (playing tonight).
@Len - posting this weeks team in here in case I cant do it over the weekend. DEF: McGov - Weits - Battle MID: Adams - Danger - Bont - Dunkley - McClug RCK: Grundy FWD: Gresham - ABrayshaw - Luko EM: Allen
Yup, anyone who can't update please post here, unless otherwise advised I will make the proposed changes after the 2nd game tonight, so if rollover takes place and you make changes be sure to edit out your post, so I don't reverse an intended outcome
I think this was before the byes were announced. It might be worth considering adding another week of home and away and play finals in Rounds 17 and 18 to avoid the round 16 byes (Collingwood and Richmond) impacting on the 2020 finals. @Len - if you give this the OK we will need to add another round into the fixture, which would be the reverse fixtures to round 7 http://tooserious.net/forum/tsLeagues.php?leagueId=15&round=7
Thinking atm we leave the above the same, but skip R15 So R16 becomes the 15th round and 17 and 18 are the finals 15 is the bye nightmare
same thing could be applied for round 15 as well if we increase the roster size by 1 or 2 slots - I have a heavy round 15 exposure and am currently running 10 players who would line up and could easily increase this to 13 others may be worse off though so skipping 15 and playing 16 is fine by me
Nah, this is the keeping it simple league, rosters stay as is, fwiw I can't get near a full team this week too many Lions... I'll move the fixtures from 15 on out a week, still get our 17 in and avoide R15
