Thanks for the game and the hospitality Len. The 10 for 1 deal was a real hit, unfortunately it hampered the performance of our midfield badly. The WAGs were complaining later about a large increase in the number of 'accidental' touch ups in the change rooms too.... not sure what the blue m&ms were in the medicine bottle but they certainly had the players 'up and about' after the game!

Our pleasure, the boys asked me to ensure I corrected any WAG misconceptions and advise that 100% of touchups were intentional
Improving indeed. LFC have approached the Misfits to see if we would consider a sporting scholarship partner arrangement with them. The recognition is appreciated, we would only have to change our team song to be accepted.... Hell yeah, we are in. MFC in red and gold, done deal. Below is a modest rendition of the new stadium anthem http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbqAqV...

We were only doing it to try and come up with something simple enough for Cornelius to participate in... Deal is off anyway, unfortunately the members are refusing to drop black and gold and none of them can sing to save their lives
I can't sing either but it didn't stop me belting it out last night at the G! Only three moments beat that for me in sporting events I have attended 1) the All Black Haka, Bledisloe Cup at the G - 1997 2) Liverpool 4-1 vs Man United at Old Trafford 2009 - seeing Fergie going nuts was priceless! 3) Anzac Day Last Post - MCG 2009 - the day Zaharakis put the filth in their place
Ward 3 Williams 2 Steven 1 Final Standings for 2013's Best Misfit Ward 23.5 Steven 20 Terlich 8 Enright 8 Myers 7.5 Whitfield 6 Butler 5 Ryder 4 Sewell Cameron 4 Smith 4 Waite 2 Nicholls 2 Grigg 2 Williams 2 Congratulations to our captain Callan Ward on a standout year. Jack Steven in a genuine breakout year running a close second with daylight third. Unfortunately daylight doesn't play for the Misfits and thus there is no third prize.
Trade season # 3 for 2013 is yet to open, and when it does it is expected to be light in trade, but for the speculators out there, the following Misfits have been deemed to be surplus to requirement for 2014. Brad Sewell Jarrad Waite Matt Rosa Sean Dempster Michael Firrito Rhys Stanley Aaron Cornelius The value varies from player to player, naturally. The Misfits have no fear trading without the safety net of knowing next years positional outcomes. It should be noted that the rest of the squad are all up for grabs, but at an appropriate, occasionally exorbitant, asking price. (These dudes) Corey Enright Thomas Nicholls Patrick Ryder Sam Butler Danny Stanley David Myers Tom Young Adam Tomlinson Sebastian Ross Nathan Bock Toby Greene Zachary Williams Jack Steven Callan Ward Dean Terlich Jeremy Cameron Lachie Whitfield Kristian Jaksch Devon Smith Josh Bruce We are seeking KP players under 27 or 2014 PSD picks in the first 3 rounds. Pick 2 is (No Longer) up for grabs. Edited to add the emphasis that may not have been picked up on given the approaches made
To Matt Rosa, running around with a 92 at 3/4 time in his first decent score for the year in the first game that doesn't count, a serious FU dude........ C U T

C U T Who knew, all you had to do to get him to score 133 was to bend the budgies over...... Clearly Rosa > Pendles, but he is still up for trade, and not dear at that, in fact, Dean, in a modest display of generosity, I'll swap him to you for Pendles

I just felt, based on 4 of the approaches so far each shopping in the clearly marked exorbitant section, that perhaps the bit where I was stating exorbitant wasn't clear enough
