As in everyone should do 12, or 12 is the max? Still thinking completely voluntary tbh, if someone feels their current 15 is gods gift to football good luck to them, the rest of us will reap the new seasons bounty
Tylo, Jason.....+1. I'd like to keep 12 - 13 players as well - because ya know, we did so well last year Realize we need some turnover so I'd vote for a maximum of 12 Keepers, but of course coaches can cull more if they like.
I was expecting there to be some requirement to delist, but I think compulsory cut down to 10 would be too harsh. If some team wants to delist more than usual, don't see why we should prevent that. Excepting if they want to cut their entire squad, which would seem unnecessarily self-destructive. In ORFFL, we have 26 and cut down to 20, with 15 on field each week. That has always felt about right, keeps the draft interesting every year. In the mid-season draft, no compulsory delisting occurs and it doesn't feel quite the same because there are a couple of non-participants.
I am unfazed as to what number of retained players is set as the maximum - 10 was just the first number I thought of that felt right. A bit of pain never hurt anyone - right? Am a fan of democracy so long as I have the largest arsenal. My wish list has 14 players on it, my current team has 12 keepers. Something is going to have to give. Now a different point. Is the delisting public or do we delist on the website and no one else knows how many retained (other than the maximum of 12)?
System requires delisting on the website, banter etc here I guess, pretty sure it's not secret given we can see some of Tylo's as Free Agents but not 100% sure tbh mate. It would be superhandy if the site had a relevant instruction/help guide thing.. I'm not sure if they are reversible either so suggest holding off until we confirm a number, 12 currently the favourite

Jason The players banned by CAS don't appear in your team list for 2016. I had two players that have been banned by CAS, Heppell and Hooker meaning my team list only has 13 players now. I am hoping that for 2017 the CAS banned players get added back to your keeper team. On the upside it makes it easier to get down to 12 players for 2016.
Commiserations on having at least one of the 34 on your list mate. Glad to hear that you're looking at it as a glass half full though! BTW, is there an obvious way to view the squads of opposition coaches that I haven't been able to find?
Kinda hoping for a spike in SC output from Lobbe, who happens to be on my list. Probably still playing second fiddle to Gawn though, considering he has entered BEAST MODE.
Based on what we have seen so far I seriously doubt the SC website has the potential to re-instate them automatically, so might be a good idea if everyone lists anyone affected here so we can manipulate the draft next year to put them back where they should be.

It's a bit obscure Jason, but if you go to Live draft instead of pre-draft you will see your team onfield, in the top RHS of the onfield section there is a drop down to view other teams.
